Smokin Pete's Burger Stop
Had to take care of some business on Bayfield Street and came across this joint. The lady behind the counter was super friendly and helpful. The inside had a quaint, classic burger shop feel. You can instantly smell the fresh ground beef on the grill when you walk in. I went with the basic Cheeseburger, fries and drink combo. The fries were so crispy and perfect. Fluffy and soft on the inside and crisp on the out. The burger although a bit pink in the middle which I'm not a fan of I really enjoyed the fresh ingredients and butter basted bun. I'll definitely go back again.

Wow sooo yummy. A friend recommended this place. I always love fish 'n chips and this store is no.1 so far in my list! Perfect batter taste and crispiness. I highly recommend the steak deluxe too! Everything is so good. Will be back for sure! ♥️♥️♥️Price $$Food 1,000%

5 stars times 2!!! We ordered the cheese burger with onion rings and a mushroom swiss burger with fries and everything was way beyond expectation! Much more than the average burger place and priced amazing! That kinda quality would cost double elsewhere. Quality 100%, customer service 100% and quickly eating 100%. I wont be going anywhere else cause i have so much more to try! Highly suggest this gem of a place! Thanks for great food and great service!

Wanted some burgers from a local joint and saw Smokin Pete’s, decided to try it out. The cheeseburger was delicious, you can tell they use fresh ingredients and wasn’t greasy at all, truly an excellent burger. Will be going back!

Wowza! Great burger, great fries, great service. Super clean and fast. Got the $10 burger special with small fries and drink. Server was awesome to ask the right questions to make sure our burgers were made perfectly for us. Also paid special attention to remembering my side order request. Only could upload a photo of fries as we inhaled our burgers. So good. Will definitely be back to try the poutine and corned beef sandwich, which I bet are just as awesome.

8/10. If you're in the mood for a quality made cheeseburger and fries, this is an excellent spot. The buns, meat, and toppings are fresh, you can tell from the first bite. No fancy burgers, just down-to-earth good food at great prices. Friendly and welcoming staff in a clean and well-lit environment. I expect to come here regularly. My only complaint is that I would have enjoyed the burgers more if the buns were toasted. I'm sure they'll do so if you ask.
