BURNCO Rock Products District Head Office

We are solar contractor, we don't purchase a lot of product but when we do they are large orders. We were given great pricing for the last 5 years on the product we have purchased. Now dealing with a sales supervisor Im not familiar with our prices all of a sudden doubled. We were given a quote at the end of October which we liked and now that were are ready to buy that product the quote doubled in price. In just a month and a bit. Makes it tough to choose Bunco now that we can get the same product for much less at the large chains stores. The sale supervisor seemed to not care about retaining customers no matter how large or small.

6 months after moving into our home our driveway began to peel and chip. The home builder was giving us some song and dance about salt used on the roads during winter etc. I insisted on having the concrete company come out to take a look because we did not believe this was an issue with salt off the roads. The home builder begrudgingly complied after we made a stink and set up a meeting with us and Burnco. I was ready for a fight given the grief the builder was giving me but when Chris from Burnco came out and inspected the driveway and he immediately confirmed the the issues were the result of concrete being poured on a very hot and windy day. Imagine my relief when I realized I was not going to have to fight with Burnco. There was no argument, Chris said “we stand behind our product” and they have! As soon as the weather was appropriate they came out and dug up the old driveway and poured a new one. The new driveway is a month old and it looks amazing! Chris was so pleasant and so easy to work with. I am sure when we first met he could see red in my eye because of the arguments I had already had with the builder but he instantly put me at ease. I can’t say enough about this company, from beginning to end. Burnco….you better be taking good care of Chris! There aren’t many people left in this world that have the customer service skills he has and thank you for standing behind your product. I would recommend this company to any one! I am still in awe of the fact I never had to argue or fight or make a case for the driveway replacement. You acknowledged the issue and you fixed it. I can’t say thank you enough!!! Amazing company!

Do not use this company or product. The product is complete garbage. You don't get what you order and if you call to comment or complain, it's all your fault. They charge for winter heating" but don't provide it. The management doesn't care about the products they're producing and the delivery boys don't care either because they're just delivery boys. It's really sad that nobody cares enough to even check for themselves. Can't get a QC person out
