The atmosphere was wonderful, so much room and comfort. For that alone, we will go back. However, the meal would not be what I consider appropriate for the type of restaurant it portrays. Our choices were western food so I can't comment on the Indian food. Did not find out ahead of time that it was mostly an East Indian menu. As we don't care for that, I wish more western cuisine would have been on the menu. But I was disappointed with our meals. Chicken Cor Don Bleu was store bought and was not restaurant quality, gravy was pkg, salty. Other people also did not have homemade quality except the soup. Course that probably was commercial powdered that water is added. Steak was not cut even so it was not cooked even.We will go back one more time, for the comfort and will try a stir fry or something similar that should be homemade.So disappointed with the meals.

My wife and I ordered the butter chicken combos, mild and SPICY SPICY SPICY. I was really excited when I heard that this was an option. The starter salads and samosa were great! When we got the meals, there was a clear difference in colour between the two, which had me a little nervous. I was initially second guessing my decision, but after trying it I was pleasantly surprised. It was very flavourful and definitely spicy. The server made sure to check in on us and was very personable. We both ate about half and were plenty full. Would definitely stop here again!

A week late, but I had to write. After a long but good day, my wife and I were staying at the hotel, but did not want to go out to a restaurant last Saturday (Jun 17) evening. So, we decided to try “take out” from The Cliff Restaurant, off their Eastern Menu. My wife had the butter chicken, medium spicy. I had the beef curry, very spicy. Wow! First, we could not believe the portion sizes to start. But then the food! Soooo good! We had enough each for a 2nd meal, and my wife a third. It was all so good! Will definitely eat there again when in Medicine Hat!

My family loves coming to this restaurant, especially when we get Steph as our server. She is fantastic - friendly and responsive. The food is consistently excellent - the chefs are also fantastic. All our entrees were nicely spiced, and reasonably priced. When five adults and two kids can get a three-course meal for under $150, it is a great night. We've been back often, and we will be back again in the future. Highly recommend!

Amazing food! I had the butter chicken bowl and it was so flavorful! The chicken was very tender and it was a perfect size AND gluten free! I’m celiac and there was a lot of options! Hubby had a burger and it was a homemade charred burger with a great pretzel bun! The gravy was a bit lumpy but over it was great food and great service!

Try it my favourite way which is the Butter Chicken Combo made with mild spice and the Nan Bread upgraded to Garlic Nan!! You won't be disappointed at all! Hope to see you soon:)

I was offered a combo of chicken vindaloo combo even though it wasn't on the menu, but the accommodation was much appreciated.. It was one of the best dishes I've ever had to eat. The portion size and appetizer was excellent! I will be back! Thank you so much!

Great Service!! They loaded up my truck for me. They lent out all the serving utensils I needed. Lots of food. Everything tasted absolutely delicious!! I definitely recommend.

Great staff, very friendly. Food is alright. This place needs a touch tunes box asap. It's like going to the dentist and getting a tooth pulled trying to select music on the old school jukebox. ( come on its 2023 )Overall 4/5 star.
