Kim really knows her pups. Watching the puppies being raised on fb and learning of their temperament testing, I knew I was in great hands with Kim! She truly puts her all into her pups and is great at matching them with their forever home. My puppy is the best! Thanks Kim!

I read some reviews and I see some people complain about customer service, I guess some people are looking for good salesperson. I spoke with many people who were selling puppies and many were sweet but I could tell they don’t know à first thing about breeding, some were even reselling puppies. I contacted Kim first to ask if the breed was a good match for me. She took the time to explain about the breed. She asked many questions about our family to make sure she chooses the right puppy for us. We have an amazing intelligent puppy. I could tell she takes time to make sure the puppies are used to all kinds of noises and are confident dogs. Everyone falls in love with our puppy. Thank you Kim.

I received my puppy from Kim and although I was skeptical at first with having her choose my puppy, I should have never been worried as Kim truly has a gift! Three months ago I got my sweet Havanese puppy from Hearts Delite Havanese. I researched breeders and was immediately impressed with Kim and her puppies.
