Terrible receptionist in specialist clinic.I had appointments to see dr Margaliot At 10:30 and at 11:20 she says there are 8 people behind you and I should wait for about 2 more hours and she said you are welcome to leave.Time is now 2:05 and I’m still waiting.Two more to go

Such a rude service from the recipients ( switch board) I called to confirm the location for my appointment on 28th of march 2023 at between 11.50 am 12.05 pm to be precise it was a women that answered the call. I usually never review but these people should understand to be gentle and kind to those who reach out to the hospital, we don’t who is suffering with what being rude at hospital really bad. Hospitals should have a good hospitality

As usual, the waiting time was 4 hours. Parking is expensive. Once e were attended to, it was pretty good. But 4 hours before we were seen.

Such bad management and rud nurses. My wife is pregnant and these people made us wait for 7 hours yet we didn't meet any doctor. After lots of requests that my wife is in such big pain, A nurse met us and they wrote that a docter met my wife. The nurs herself said that she is not a doctor and doctor will come to check properly. Such a big lie infront of my eyes. After 7 hours of waiting still we didn't get any treatments and we left the hospital.Their behavior were not nice at all.Not recommended at all.Since i was awake all night with my wife i even couldn't go to my work the day after the insident.

Changed check in process. Reception is a little understaffed. Doctor and nurses in the department were very friendly and caring.

Poor services, unless you're White. Unprofessional Doctors that slashed my sister's belly, removing a 1month deceased foetus. A simple process turned upside down leading to death. After they ask for her skin and organs. I would never support such an evil, satanic network like this.

The worst hospital ever!!!! Over 5 hours waiting on the ER. We went with my mother with a horrendous pain in her stomach. Puking over 3 times, she could barely breath and the waiting time to see first the nurse was 2 hours. People waiting since 5:30 pm and nothing. Don’t see the point of having an ER when is only one nurse working. Plus 3 doctors only. Rather pay for a proper healthcare system than what we have. Shame on our system and our hospitals.

We went for emergency for my husband's kidney stone issue, as everyone mentioned in review the waiting time was too long. The same issue we faced but I came here to say special thanks to Dr.Montoedi who really cared and treated us very well. She explained the causes and solutions. She was so kind. Thankyou doctor. You're the best. Love from Mrs.Ramesh Mohan.

Please don’t come to this hospital. It’s the worst we’ve ever been. Staffs don’t really care about you and only one doctor working in emergency that’s why the wait is ridiculous, over seven hours. You’ll die waiting for the doctor so go somewhere else. This hospital should close down.
