I had a wonderful experience at the Brampton location! the receptionist was friendly and welcoming, the technician that did the laser treatment was very professional, nice and explained the procedure accordingly.The place was very clean and the atmosphere was great. I would definitely recommend this place.

They burned my tattoo and rushed the whole process. I had laser done several times and nowhere was this impatient and unprofessional. I paid full for full body 8 sessions my and my first treatment I was burned and they ruined my tattoo. I asked for a refund because they did a terrible job and they would only give me a refund for that one session. Now I am stuck going to their place because I paid and they won’t refund for my other sessions. Also I have to pay to fix my tattoo

Friendly environment, professional staff and great equipment! Had my hair laser removal done at Brampton location and it works pretty well. Needed few extra sessions but overall great experience!

This was my first time doing laser hair removal and my experience at this clinic was fantastic! Francine was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable and at ease during the whole process. I highly recommend her and this clinic!

I'm actually in love with this place. I was super hesitant to try after having a bad experience with laser years ago, but all the technicians are professional, sweet and know what they're doing. Shout out to Natasha for being amazing. I literally laughed through my entire appointment. Spicy! ;)

I loved the experience! Very relaxing, and calming. All employees make you feel valued and safe! I was with Debbie and she constantly made sure I was okay and felt comfortable. I highly recommend!! Great service!

It was my 1st ever laser session. Shireen @ the Brampton location was awesome. She explained everything, was so patient and great at her job.Definitely booking more sessions!

For anyone reading this, I would save the money and choose a different place. I chose it because it had good reviews and was much cheaper than other places but the quality was terrible.The staff are extremely kind, but I don’t think anyone is trained properly. One person is telling me that I should use the highest setting (9 or 10) and the next appointment a different lady is telling me that high isn’t good for my skin color (I’ve been using high at the other clinic I went to). I tell her to use high anyway. And at my next appointment another one is telling me she’s using high but I felt nothing on my arms, and within 2-3 weeks the hair was back like usual despite this being the 4th appointment. I go to this place and another clinic and you can tell the difference in quality And training.

Brampton, Vaughn and Toronto locations their customer service was great.I had the best experience getting the laser hair removal in Brampton location. The place is very neat and clean. The receptionist was really friendly and helpful. The aesthetician Shine was amazing, she is knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable during my treatment.I hope after my 6 sessions, I will get a great results, will update.Definitely will recommend to my friends and family.
