A Christmas gift to myself. For several weeks I tried to reach Voxx for an exchange. These athletic woman $40 sox run 3 sizes too small. I emailed that we would be leaving later in January 2022 and needed to get the return done. They finally emailed back later January after we were gone and by the time I got the message 1 Month had passed.Therefore NO returns, or exchanges. DONT DO IT. Not easy to work with

Junk. Socks all developed holes. Customer service would not replace since I had them longer than 30 days. They had no effect on my neuropathy at all. I feel like I was scammed.

I have pirchased the socks before and was pleased. A couple of years later, dexided to buy again. One of the socks had a small hole.After a little bit of coaxing with customer service, I was able to get a replacement pair shipped out after providing evidence that I cut through the technology of the original pair.Shout out to Raj on the support team for helping get what I needed.
