Lan Noodle was delicious! I loved how all the noodles are hand pulled and the broth was AMAZING! It was so flavourful and savoury! Definitely coming back on a cold day

If you're around Whyte Avenue and want to try hand-pulled noodles, this is a fantastic spot to go. The soup was excellent and served in a large portior.On the other hand, the restroom require cleaning and improvement.

Portions are HUGE. Come hungry!! Food is flavourful. Chef slings the noodles right by the window so everyone can watch. The noodles come in a few sizes. All were delicious

Feels like when I was in Shanghai and visiting the little Street side noodle shops.Their beef soup is very flavorful, it is barely spicy, the spicy flavor is more flavorful than just capsaicin taste in some low quality curries and noodles.The beef roll was a bit saucier than it needed to be. The potato salad was very authentic, thin and crisp.

Overall really nice and pretty authentic. We tried the cucumber salad, tofu noodle salad, and the kelp salad. All three salads were delicious and very authentic. We also had the spicy chicken which tasted good but none of us liked that it was served cold. We know that it's supposed to be cold but would definitely taste better if served hot.For the noodles we had the pork and soybean one of them with the round noodles and another with the flat noodles. The flat noodles are definitely much better since we found the round ones a bit too crunchy. The pork meat sauce was actually very good but there's simply not enough of it compared to Noodle Feast and Tang Bistro. If they had a larger portion of it I think it would be 5 star but the lack of the meat sauce brings it down.We also had the beef noodle soup which was good. The broth was quite nice and the same as before the flat noodles were much better. We almost didn't get to try them since the waitress said they were too busy to give the flat noodles but she checked with the kitchen and they said ok so it's worth noting that you might not be able to get them.

Ridiculously good noodles hand pulled in front of you. I had the braised beef in spicy broth (house special). It was so good! Not too spicy. Would easily feed three of me and I was HUNGRY but we took home leftovers. Definitely recommend.

Fresh hand pulled noodle,Variety of choice on noodle available. Average cleaniness and an area that cn improve. . Generally tasty food and everything made on order. No parking in front of store.

Great experience here and probably the best of the hand pulled noodle places in Edmonton. Soup was fresh and well seasoned! The noodles were tops! Service was quick and very pleasant. Definitely coming back!

Had an absolutely excellent experience. Went there with my girlfriend for Valentine's and we were both extremely pleased with our service. Our server and doorman was so friendly and welcoming and was very friendly. After being greeted we ordered, and for 17$ we sure got a whole lot of soup, great portions for that price. The best feature was by far the hand tossed noodles. Across both noodle types we got they had the perfect texture and were just the right al-dente. Absolutely delicious.

Ordered beef noodles and beef salad. The portion of beef in the noodles is very small. Noodles doesn’t have any flavour, neither the boiled egg. Texture of the noodles is also bad, feel like I am eating paper with salt water. Beef salad doesn’t taste good as well. Completely incomparable to some other authentic Chinese noodles restaurants I tried before.
