Absolutely awful! I spoke to someone on the phone today because they refuse to give you your own ultrasound pictures the day of and have to wait a week to pick them up. At the original appointment the ultrasound tech said it was completely fine that my mom went and picked up the photos. I called today to confirm she could still pick them up and they said no problem she can pick them up anytime. My mother goes in there and they refuse to give her the ultrasound photos, they refuse to give them to me and made me pay for them but refuse to let anyone pick them up. This is absolutely disgusting. They are the only place in North America that doesn’t allow you to have your own ultrasound photos. I wouldn’t go here if I was dying. Do not book here it is a complete scam. They will charge you repeatedly for the same photos and then refuse to release them.

I just have to leave a quick word about the wonderful experience I had here today during a pregnancy ultrasound. My tech (I think her name was Kate/Katie) was just phenomenal. After an unpleasant experience at the Innisfil location with a rough and unfriendly tech, today couldn’t have been farther from that. She was so friendly and truly made it such a positive experience. We will definitely come back to the Huronia location for any further ultrasounds!

I went for an ultrasound (appointment - 2 weeks) and an X-ray. I was taken right away. All 4 employees/technicians I encountered were most friendly, and professional. This is a great place to go. The walk-in clinic was in the same vestibule and even that separate line moved quickly at 10 a.m. Nice!

Extremely unfriendly, first pregnancy and was made to feel like I was a bother for asking my technician questions. I had to physically ask to see my baby on the screen at the end of the ultrasound and felt very rushed. Technician did not speak to me throughout the entire scan. This has happened with three separate technicians now on three separate scans. I will be asking my doctor to send me elsewhere for ultrasounds and will never be back. Extremely disappointing experience and not a good experience at all for an already nervous first time mom. If you hate your job so much, find a new one.

Unhelpful, not friendly and continued to delay the process of simply scheduling an ultrasound- due to reasons on their end. There were multiple errors in the information that was given to me, each time I had called the booking line. I was directed to “fax or upload my requisition” to their site, which did not work as booking link on their site was “unavailable”. For the next week, I was told my requisition was deleted, I needed to resubmit the requisition, there weren’t enough staff over the weekend to process requisitions, etc etc. 2 weeks after submitting my requisition, I was finally scheduled. By that time, I had booked an appointment elsewhere (40 mins from home) as I was so tired of dealing with the headache they’ve caused. I would recommend taking your appointments elsewhere!

I gave this a 3 for now because I'm happy that we have an X-ray clinic in town. However, you should update your hours on Google. Drove all the way across town only to find out you have new office hours.

Had an ultrasound and x-ray done at this location. The x-ray tech I dealt with was great. However, the ultrasound tech was moody. There were times I had some difficulty understanding the ultrasound tech because of her thick European accent. I politely asked for clarification and she raised her voice. I didn’t pay attention to her name but she has a thick accent, couldn’t really tell if it’s Russian. Anyways just a heads up if you deal with her, she can be rude and has no patience.

I don't usually do this but I am so frustrated with your booking system. I canceled an appointment on Wednesday, somebody called me back and I reschedule for today, they told me it was the innisfil location. I show up no one is there. I go to Barrie, they told me there is no appointment for today, that I canceled it. I took time off work to attend. I will not be rescheduling an appointment as it is clearly a disorganized system. Super unprofessional. No one even gave me a courtesy call to make sure.

My family doctor referred me here for an ultrasound. I had to reschedule, but was lucky enough to be given a next day spot when I called (most likely due to a last minute cancellation). I didn't even wait 30 seconds past my appointment time as they took me right in and the ultrasound technician (Jacqueline) was so kind, efficient, gentle and attentive. I was pleasantly surprised as there are quite a few negative reviews but my experience overall was very positive.Edit to say:I did have to wait for about 10-15 minutes on hold when I called to reschedule but to me that wasn't a big deal and still felt more efficient than most medical offices.

I had a 3pm appointment today for xray and ultrasound. I got there around 2.38pm, and there was no patient,so I was glad that I would be attended to early. So I thought.The receptionist told me to sit down, shortly after about 10 patients came. And to my surprise they were all called in one after the other and attended to,but I was not called.I expressed my concern to the receptionist, she was very rude and insisted my appointment was 3pm. I told her that, if I met others already seated,I wouldn't mind,but they all came after me,they were all attended to and I was still there.I went back to sit waiting to be called. Again at 3.10pm another set of about 5 patients walked in and they were also called in.And I was still not attended to, I went to the receptionist again, among other things she said was that I was assigned to one technician and when he is ready he will call me. Whaooo! She added that they have a new staff that the technician is training. At this point I had waited for about 45min, and I was upset. These two receptionists were not professional. They sound more of a racisit. The punishmentfor me challenging the process of theirservice delivery was that my appointment was canceled. I would not recommend Georgian Radiologist Huronia location to anybody. The buch of front office staffs there doesn't know what excellent customer service is all about.Wisdom
