Was a bit nervous to start with F45, but honestly everyone helped me feel welcome and are all very encouraging. The trainers are so helpful ensuring proper form which is something I’ve not had a lot of with other HIIT programs I have done. I enjoy going and like that all the trainers are helpful with any questions or concerns asked. Thanks for a great experience so far!

I love this place! The trainers are so encouraging and make sure you have proper form and will even text you to see how you're doing! I joined for 3 months but pretty certain I will join for another 3 months after!

The energy that the F45 team of trainers brings to each workout is motivating and keeps you wanting to come back. Great full body workouts, and the planning is all done for you. All you have to do is show up ready to work. Great team, great environment, always a positive experience.

I’ve been going to F45 Central South for 5 months and love it so far. I love the sense of community, the variety of workouts and that I don’t have to plan my workout. I can modify all the movements as needed which is great! It’s clean too. Give it a try!

Hands down, joining F45 has been the best gym experience! They have a VERY friendly team who makes me actually want to go train. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave! The staff know you by name and push you to be the best version of yourself! Can’t recommend this gym enough!

My life has truly changed after joining F45 Central South Windsor. The workouts are expertly made and will truly make you sweat. The very best part is the trainers, who everyday not only show up but give their all to motivate us every single time. Such a special and wonderful group of people and I would recommend to anyone of any fitness level!
