Ace Limousine

We rented 3 limos for the company staff party, the service we received was excellent, they were on time going there and on time for the different pick up times to accommodate everyone. The limo bus was big, comfy and very clean. The drivers were very friendly. It's not the first time we use Ace limo and it won't be the last.

Ace Limo has always been one of my go to Limo services. The drivers always have great attitudes towards their customers and do their absolute best to maintain privacy and safety as the main customer focus to ensure a safe and enjoyable riding experience. Never have I felt safer in a limo ride than with Ace. I would highly recommend this service to any of my friends when they’re in a bind.

This is actually in response to Jason Dixons review. The facts of that night were that we were extremely busy and after dropping then off at the game it was agreed that we would be there to pick them up for 11pm after the game. They started calling and harassing for us to pick then up early from 930pm on which we couldn't due to other bookings. They were very abusive when we finally got there and when dropped off poured alcohol all over the bus from front to back including on our phones.

Not a very good experience. Driver unprofessional. Was late picking us up by half an hour. Then after the game she was over half an hour late even after the game ended a half an hour late. So technically was an hour late. Her explanation was she was late as she took another job. That is not what should be happening. Also the music we had to use Bluetooth that kept cutting out. At the end the driver got very confrontational. Had to bring our own ice as there is no cooler. Just a box. Anyways I even called them yesterday and the person was ignorant to my complaint and said I'll get my boss to call you back and hung up. Worst limo experience ever. So unprofessional.

I would highly recommend this company! I used then for my mom and dad's 50th wedding anniversary And the service was supberb! The driver was friendly and curtious we all loved her her to pieces!!!

We had an incredible experience with Ace Limousine for our wedding transportation. They had impeccable timing and incredibly skilled drivers. Tony maneuvered the limo like a wizard and was able to navigate Edmonton incredibly well in not-great circumstances (thanks truck convoy messing up downtown driving).Highly recommend.

We choose Ace Limousine for my stag and everyone we dealt with was polite and well informed. They all made my night memorable! Willie othman made sure we got the exact limo that fit our needs. It was clean and well stocked.
