Rude front desk staff. Child policy unclear or was changed since I booked my appointment Was turned away as I brought my almost 9 year old. I thought they really needed blood especially O-. If they had just been a bit more friendly would have made a world of a difference and I would have understood. I will not be attempting to donate blood again.

Super friendly staff! Facility was clean! Snack game is strong! And I didn't pass out so all in all I would recommend!

I used to love donating at this location as the staff used to be extremely friendly and welcoming. I have been donating for 4 years, as often as possible and I have donated in 2 other provinces. However after my most recent visit to this location I have decided to terminate any future donations. The greeting staff, manager and customer service staff were exceptionally rude on my most recent visit. I understand that with covid there is additional stress to the workplace but they should remember that all donors are volunteers and deserve to be treated with respect. Although I was ineligible to donate and I completely understand and respect the protocols and rules, the way that I was told to leave the building (one customer service rep stated that You're not even allowed to be in here if you're not donating so you should consider yourself lucky that I let you sit down") and just the sour attitudes of all the staff (other than my screening nurse who was okay) has made me decide to never return. All of the staff were complaining amongst eachother and talking poorly of multiple donors which is unfortunate to see. The customer service rep that was exceptionally rude to me was speaking poorly of me as I left the building

Friendly staff and volunteers. Always a pleasant experience. Online screening questionnaire is easy and fast to complete. Safety protocol is excellent. Lovely building and comfy chairs.Only wish they had some healthy snacks (fresh fruit would be nice). Only sugary or salty junk ‘food’ is supplied.

They have really improved the intake process, parking is free and if lot is full, CBS will reimburse you for the costAnd they still have the great donuts

Brought my daughter for first time donor, the technician doing the procedure wasn’t good at it, worst experience for a first time!!! Sadly won’t be coming back!!!

Staff are getting sloppy,use to be a lot more professional,the staff are making mistakes more and more,not impressed!!
