Paul (my local Propane truck driver) is the best! He checked up on my tank move for me and noticed that he was to deliver propane to the address that I moved from and called me to notify me.He has gone above and beyond what his job description is

I have a construction site in Kelowna. They were quick to drop off the portable outhouse, but it's been painful getting them back to clean it. We pay for weekly cleaning, but it's lucky if it's every 3 weeks. No amount of begging or complaining has changed the situation. In over 30 years in the construction business, this is by far the worst service ever!

Very poor service. Over charged for propane while we where away phones them numerous times and was told they would get back to me but after 5 calls and 8 months later still no response. Changed to a different provider and had super saves tank moved out onto our driveway and have now asked them 7 times to come and pick it up and they still haven’t picked it up.Highly recommend dealing with anyone other then Supersave propane. I guess my next course of action is legal.

we rent a propane tank from Super Save and we deal with Lianne N-----she is extremely helpful and very professional---returns phone calls and emails ---helps get the best prices---especially for us seniors If you could clone her---you most definitely would have an experienced and knowlegible staff

Really bad service.. always over charging than actual agreement.. they took our dumpster and kept charging for a year without sending any bills. And now they tell me I owe them 3 grand for late payments and now they opened a small claim court against me. Shame on you guys!! Businesses like that should be shut down immediately!!! Have some decency people come on-----

What salesman offered vastly different than contract and what office staff say. Very misleading. Often pickup on wrong day. Would not recommend.

tried to use this business and they gave me the runaround all i wanted was 10 tanks of propane to hook up to a heater so my pipes would not freeze 5 hours later they tell me it probably wont happen today

Worst company in there industry.F rating on the better business buraeu.Only and will only work on their time.All office ladies have a terrible attitudeAnd want nothing but to make your needs feelLast of their priorities 100% of the time.Honestly have no clue how their in business.Go with waste connections and save yourself a head ache.I hope you guys get shut down and im not the one even paying for the service, thats how bad you are.

I have used this company for at least 25 years for propane sales and services.One of their employees, Lianne N, stands out for her customer service. She is the most helpful person I have ever dealt with. Many problems have been dealt with and resolved at her hand. She goes above and beyond to make one feel valued and respected by the company she works for. They are indeed very lucky to have her as their employee.
