GLOBAL PET FOODS - KINGSTON WEST

Very knowledgeable staff - I’ve been given some very helpful advice and recommendations. The store is well laid out; I’ve never had a problem finding what I’m looking for. Staff go above and beyond to help and have even insisted on carrying my purchases out to my car. This little gem of a store has earned my loyalty and I will happily spend my hard earned dollars at this location. Thanks for all you do, and keep on doing an awesome job! Shelley Bracken

It was my first time in this location so I had a little trouble finding things because I'm used to the layout of the other store, but the staff was super helpful and friendly!

Friendly staff, always offer to help carry heavy bags or find items in the store. Clean and organized inside. Knowledgeable with the products they carry.

Just had the absolute pleasure of meeting Scott, the owner. Kind, helpful, and a joy to chat with. He not only runs this store, but has a family history of running Global Pet Foods accross the province. A truly humble experience all around, I will definitely be back!

I visited for the first time looking for new forage mixes and treats for my rabbit and was not disappointed. They had a few options that I haven't seen at other local stores and the prices were really good, as was the service. The store was very clean and organized, so it was easy to find what I was looking for. I'll be visiting again and check out how I can spoil my husky and cat, too.

The best pet food place on the West end. Other location is great as well. The manager there, apologies I don't know his name, but he's very very knowledgeable and forth coming with wisdom. Would highly recommend. Also options for rat food and other small animals

We had a great first experience, staff was helpful in finding a food to help with our dog's digestion issues. Unfortunately,m we will no longer be buying our food from this location as we tried to exchange an almost brand new bag of food that was causing an instant allergic reaction in our dog for the original food he had recommended and were told we would not be getting a refund/exchange because he gave us a complimentary free chew bone with the last bag. Very disappointed as each small bag is 30$ and he originally said if there was ever an issue with any food he would be happy to take it back.We would have been very loyal, regular customers.

So friendly and helpful. Always willing to take the time to answer questions and offer informative suggestions on care for the dogs. Will carry the food out if it's a heavy purchase. Plus they take airmiles which is a nice bonus!
