The keys I recently had cut didn’t work based on a key code I was given. Used the exact same code at another business and they worked perfectly. Service I received from an older woman (don’t know her name) was very unfriendly.

My techs name was Troy. He came out and he was patient, confident and knowledgeable. I'd lost my only key for my Explorer and Troy was amazing with being able to not only stay late and kind of struggle after hours, but he succeeded as he said he would. We both shared huge smiles and my truck started :) thanks Troy
