Universal Sleep Disorder Clinic

Comfortable experience. My technician, Simona was extremely knowledgeable and made this a very pleasant experience. The rooms are super clean and the mattress + pillows were very comfy.

The manager Karina is very rude and unprofessional. She treats the patients poorly and she hung up the phone when I was trying to get my referal information. It's difficult to understand her and also because of the language barrier she got frustrated and just hung up.

Great experience. The technologists are very caring and they explain you the process from beginning to end. All of my questions were very well answered.The rooms and the bed was clean. You are also provided clean towels inside the rooms. There is free wifi available.Overall I was very satisfied with the sleep test and the process from begging to end. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a sleep test.

Aside from the complete lack of communication from the staff during my stay, the larger issue is I've come home with over 35 (I counted) individual bed bug bites all over both arms, face and head. Best part, now I've risked bringing them into my home. And now I'm forced to clean literally everything and have to spend money on ordering someone to come in and spray my place.Reading the last review was only additional confirmation of this. My biggest regret was not seeing it before my stay. Do NOT visit this facility until they have acknowledged taking action. I'll be escalating this asap.UPDATE:Spoke with management of the clinic. The owner was took the matter very seriously. Communications were quick and acceptable solutions were offered. They also promised that they would be following through with additional measures to remedy the situation for future. Added 2 stars due to quick response and follow through by management.

I did just have a follow-up appointment with my Dr. Varkul and he was actually amazing! He explained my results in a detailed, easy-to-understand manner, answered all my questions, and made professional and fact-based decisions and all of those were explained to me in detail. More importantly he was more than willing to help me get better and I could sense it without making efforts. Totally changed my mind and my stars for my review just because of him. And I say, only because of him. (I gave this clinic one star before seeing him which they honestly deserved.)I guess the bad reps are purely from the clinic admin aspects and the doctors seem good because all the doctor-related" reviews here seem more than okay but most of the complaints are related to logistics--late responses

Very smooth overall as a first time PAP machine purchaser. Price is reasonable. Doctor Yan has been great in explaining and walking through the steps and providing good tips for maintenance.

Had a really bad first impression but decided to give them a chance. Did the sleep study. Facility was good. I called the office numerous times to get the results and left messages and recieve no call back. Finally got through and set up an appointment, but no one called at that said appointment. I called the office again and left a message, so far nothing. It is very frustrating. They don't return your calls and appointment were not honored. I am very unhappy and disappointed. If I can give negative stars, I would.Their own website descriptions We will schedule and follow through all necessary steps"

Total deception of vendor of CPAP machines advised by local sleepi Dr.Would not recommend buying you're machine from him. He said CPAP machines are not covered by OHIP and it is 75%. Not to be trusted unfortunately.
