Absolutely the rudest customer service from Natasha I have experienced. Went in looking for some information to help a family member figure out a loan and experienced her rude personality. She didn’t know how something was calculated, “just done by the system”, didn’t want to take the time to try and help. Snarky and unfriendly. Thankfully Jeff in the office was able to explain and was friendly and courteous enough to.

Discriminatory lending. I made and paid taxes on 70 grand last year, but was informed that because I work for myself that that's somehow a knock against me. I was told they don't loan to anyone unless they borrower owns a house, and a job as an employee, so they can harass your employer for payment. They don't like hard-working independent people. Total bush league. The rates should be lower than a bank with these asinine standards.

I was in need of some money desperately for my dogs vet bill ,and was starting to lose all hope on even trying to get a loan. That was until I met an amazing and wonderful woman named Natasha who helped me out every step of the way. She made me feel so comfortable. And I honestly couldn’t thank her enough. If it wasn’t for her I don’t know what I would have done. I would definitely suggest anyone who wants to get a loan I would ask for her.

This insurance company said I was approved on the phone for my loan so I drive 2 hours to the barrie location and get told I don't have enough hours on my paystub" When they literally told me to come now I was approved. Was treated very poorly just because I look young. There attitude towards me was "I'm young so I don't have money" Do better fairstone and treat any age with respect !"

I needed a quick loan to pay off money owed to CRA. Got funds needed within 24hrs. Good for short term loans (as in pay back within a month or two) and not full term due to high interest rate.

Paid off my high interest loan and then they kept taking money from my account. The local branch said I have to wait 20 days for a cheque to come in the mail. How am I supposed to pay my mortgage? Not to mention these people call all the time trying to get me to borrow more money. Never again!!!! If you need money dont use fairstone, their customer service sucks!!

Have delt with this company for a few years now. For the most part my experience has been pretty good...until lately. I asked for an increase and was switched to a new customer service associate. Went over the details and never got a call back. Guess I didn't get the increase! A call would have been nice. Customer service isn't what it used to be.So the message is call us and we can solve any issues. So I did. CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID CALL THE LOCAL BRANCH!Thats what I did. They didnt call back. You know the original complaint. Again no customer service!!. Thanks again for wasting my time. My rating went down. Just wanted answers. Thats all.
