Such a pathetic experience I spent around a $1000 in the last 3 weeks here got some bounce back coupons and went to use them and had manager and 3 employees not knowing how to use them fumbling around. Couldn't give me a pre tax total which I wanted to maximize my spending and just overall a negative experience in regards with customer service. I'm sorry I used the coupons you guys gave me after I made a purchase to come back and make another purchase. I will definitely never return it seems it's a sin to save money like I'm taking it from someone's salary. Dirty looks, sighs, deep breaths unprofessional the whole lot of them.

I was there on Thursday night and the gentleman (possibly manager) at the cash was so rude. I was in the change room and he completely interrupted my mom and I and said, “we’re closed ladies so it’s time to finish up”. It was 9pm on the dot when I looked at my phone. We simply lost track of time and were not doing it on purpose. We rushed to pay immediately and he was still giving me attitude when I was paying. His customer service was unacceptable. I won’t be back to that location.

Such a pathetic experience. They charged wrong price than the price marked in website and price shown in the tag for two products. When I noticed and asked a person about this matter they said they can’t do anything if you want we can refund your money. This not a way of behaviour. At least they have to give product as per price. I really like the product so I didn’t opt refund. But i have all proof. Trans#7243 cashier# 566661. Please don’t cheat customers with displaying wrong price in website and tag. I don’t know how many customers you cheated like this. This my first experience in a retail store.

I visited this location about a week ago and I was pretty satisfied. I have never actually shopped in any of their stores before so it’s a first time experience (overall) for me. Ladies were helpful with providing outfit ideas, grabbing sizes, and giving their honest opinions. I left feeling good with not only my purchase, but with the service too. I would definitely go back.

Definately more on the expensive side, but their quality speaks for itself. I had attentive, helpful staff (and it was nice to see an older, 40+ woman working, was so much more relatable than the pin-thin 20 somethings). They give moderate discounts for other loyalty programs (CAA and Workopolis), but teachers also get a hefty discount, which I don't think is fair to other professions.

I love shopping at RW&CO. Their clothes match my style.I really like this store specifically; it's located in Mapleview shopping mall that offers plenty of parking spots.The staff are friendly and helpful. During COVID-19, they are very diligent about keeping the store and specifically fitting rooms clean.

Vanessa was so extremely helpful in helping me select clothes for my upcoming vacation. She was so honest, which I appreciated. I felt like I was shopping a family member. I appreciated the feedback on what suited me the most based on my needs and style. Kudos to having such a lovely employee who was patient, helpful and super friendly. Thanks again Vanessa!!!

Buyer beware - don't buy gifts at this store unless you're happy to advertise what you paid to the recipient. My mum purchased a top for my birthday that didn't fit and she tried to return it with her receipt, the tag (albeit removed) and the gift receipt. The manager was haughty and condescending towards my mum and definitely doesn't know the meaning of customer service. I sent an email to customer service to report to a higher authority and have been waiting on a response for a week now. Their website claims they strive to develop meaningful relationships with their customers and make every experience a positive one.......not so far.
