I've been fortunate to be on a two-month internship at HomeLife NuLife Realty Inc., Brokerage in Canada, and my experience has been outstanding from start to finish. Navigating the rental market in Toronto is a stressful process in itself and the stress multiplies when you are a newcomer to the country with a family of kids. We felt anonymous during the process and often frustrated when we could not find a permanent rental in Toronto to move from our temporary Airbnb. We were not on our own there were many other newcomers in our circle who were finding it very difficult to secure a long-term rental. But from the moment we met Maran, our experience completely changed. Maran was patient in understanding our requirements, lifestyle and expectations from the city and within a few days showed us exactly what we were looking for at a very competitive price. Maran set up a showing right away, picked us up from our Airbnb, and drove us to the property and back. He talked us through every step of the application process and lease agreement as we were quite new to the process. He is a legend and has a real passion for what he does. Working with Maran felt like an example of how things should be in the ideal world but rarely are, which is: to go above and beyond, be professional, respectful, clear and highly attentive and knowledgeable. Today we are living happily in a beautiful condo with all the facilities we imagined, closer to transport, daycare, shops, etc. We highly recommend Maran to anyone looking for their next home in Ontario!
