Osmow's Shawarma
Food was overly dry. The rice had no flavour. The chicken was hard and dry. The falafels were hard as rocks impossible to split without breaking a fork or spoon. When I shared my concern I was told that everything was fine and that I had food sensitivities. The food was drenched with the sauces and my stomach felt the punch right way. Never again will I ever eat here.

Decided to try this place that serves Mediterranean cuisine. I ordered the regular beef shawarma which was a good size. The beef was tender and tasteful, served in pita bread which was warm and a bit crunchy which I liked. Toppings of choice can be added such as lettuce, tomatoes,onions, green olives, turnips, pickles,parsley, hot peppers then one can also choose the spice level from mild to extreme. Tahini and garlic sauce were also added which made the wrap more flavourful and enjoyable.

I have been a regular at this location since they opened, even had it in my favourites" on Uber eats. But last 6 months the quality of food has been going downhill. Ordered a Chicken Shawarma yesterday and literally threw the whole thing away as there was a weird smell coming from the chicken.Also

I have been to this place many times, I recently ordered half and half chicken, the food was very tasty, freshly made, every single thing was in perfect quantity. Very well cooked and well served. Thanks to all staff members for amazing service.

Good portion size with respect to the price being charged. Meal of the day would be economical. The service is a bit slow but is worth the wait. By mistake the server dropped my food so they were courteous enough to change the full meal and serve a new one. Not too many seats to sit and eat but ample parking spots to order ahead and pick up. If you are in the area do give it a shot

Have been a regular at this location for about a year now, today my wife and I both ordered the super lamb wraps. When they were served, 1 of them was 1/2 the size and 1/2 the weight of the other.when I asked about the difference they told me the toppings created the difference.

Called in nicely at first to ask if they could just make a fresh order for me for I ordered on door dash and was some sort of problem and my food was sitting for an hour and the driver hasn't picked it up. So I just tell the employee what happened and he can't seem to make a fresh one, was willing to serve to the public a meal that was sitting in front of him for an hour cold and soggy. His response was it is a door dash problem. So osmows is willing to hand out food sitting for an hour and feel fine about it. I asked the employee if he would eat it and he wouldn't answer, yet he was willing to give it to a paying customer. This is beyond terrible costumer service. To watch as food sits there for an hour and still feel good about serving it is disgusting.

I order from this location once a week due to my serious chicken on the rock addiction but if I could, I would order from another location. The rice is very dry and flavourless. Wish they could improve on the overall food quality

If you look at the yelp reviews vs the google reviews- there's a massive discrepancy. 1.5 stars vs 4.0 stars?? I decided to stick to the google reviews and was extremely disappointed and disgusted. I found two pieces of hair in my food. After picking up food from this place, which is only 5 minutes from home- I had to reheat my food because it was not even warm. After scarfing it down, I found a piece of hair in my food. I figured maybe the first one was mine- though my hair is extremely long and the one I found was short. I decided to ignore it and went in for another bite, only to find another hair. I've never been so disgusted. What a waste of $30 dollars.
