Repair for a rear end collision was expertly done and completed exactly in the time frame given. The manager Gataen was very informative on other issues I had with my vehicle. My vehicle was spotless when returned. The manager, main office Diane, and the body man all had contact with me. They were all very informative, helpful and curtious. I am very pleased with the repairs and the people who work there.

Outstanding customer service from start to finish. Great communication from the whole staff and my car, which I thought might be completely destroyed, runs like new and looks like nothing happened. If you happen to have an accident, do whatever you can to get you car to this shop. Thank you! Way to bring some positivity to an unfortunate situation.

My auto insurance set up an appointment with Assured Hawkesbury for auto body repairs. I met with Gaetan Brazeau for my scheduled appointment, and Gaetan took care of submitting a detailed repair estimate to my insurance with an email copy to me. Diane Belair at Assured Hawkesbury called me afterwards to book my repair appointment, and she made arrangements for my car rental. When I took my car in for repairs Diane had the paperwork ready for me to sign and Enterprise Car Rental had a car ready for me. I got a call from Diane the next day to tell me my car was ready. The service provided by Diane and Gaetan was exceptional from my first contact with Assured Hawkesbury. The repair to my car was impeccable and my car was washed and ready to go in less than 30 hours. I highly recommended Assured Hawkesbury for collision repair. Diane and Gaetan are true professionals and they have a great crew working behind the scene.

I will start by saying I do have one good comment and it is that the staff is very friendly. Where they lack is : attention to detail, and expertise.I had a car accident in March 2023 and my insurance company sent my car to this body shop.In June, they called me to let me know my car was ready for pickup. Upon arrival, I got my keys inside and headed into my car. I tried adjusting my seat and noticed the plastic piece to move the seat was cracked. I went inside and the staff told me not to worry , that they still had my old seat and that this piece was intact on my old seat - they could swap them out. I was glad and went back in my car to leave. I then noticed that they had not changed the windshield that had cracked during the accident. I went back in and they admitted to have forgotten to change it. I left my car there so they could rectify the situation.A week later, they called me to let me know my car was ready for pickup (for the second time). Upon arrival, they announced to me that there were some lights lit up in my dash (which wasn't there before the crash). I left. They called again a few days later to say that there was an issue with the turbo, that it was not a result of the accident and that he could get us an estimate to have the turbo replaced entirely.I took my car elsewhere to get it checked and to see if the turbo did in fact need to be replaced. My mechanic also did a full workup to make sure everything was alright with my car after spending a couple months in the yard.As I picked up my car from my mechanic, these are the mistakes that were made by the body shop (including pictures my mechanic took upon receiving my car) :1- First off, the buckle light was on. As they checked it, they realized the wires that connect the seatbelt were plugged into the wrong place - which is a major safety hazard. They rewired everything. Also, as seen in one of the pictures, the bolt was not entirely bolted in; this is also a safety hazard.2- Second, the plastic interior near the seatbelt was not installed correctly resulting in the plastic being displaced as shown in the pictures.3- The turbo did NOT need to be replaced. There was carbon buildup on the turbo flap, all that needed to be done was to take it out, clean & lubricate it and everything was good as new. There was absolutely no need for a replacement, which would've cost a lot of money.4- There are scratches on my rocker panels where they would've changed my seat bracket.The front bumper, the hood and the front lights were well replaced.Overall, a very negative experience other than the fact the staff is friendly and their office is nice. I would not trust them for a second with my car furthermore.

The entire process was seamless, from assessment , to a rental vehicle, to pick up. I’m a fanatic when it comes to the cleanliness and appearance of my vehicle. My beautiful red SUV was spotless inside and out.Overall, this is how you run a business and take care of customers !!!You need to expand !!!!Thank you to all of your staff.Tim Gagne

I love how you are being treated with respect when you go at assured auto. The professionalism from all of the employees, their smile and how polite they are.. Always there to see if you need anything or if they can help in any way.Gaëtan is def a great manager he's amazing with customers very down to earth he is in his element.Love Love Love this place. Good service but long time frame.

Staff was very friendly and accomodating. I appreciated getting updates from the staff while my SUV was there for repairs. I'm very happy and satisfied with the quality of the body work and paint. It was great to be able to drop my vehicle off and be able to get a rental vehicle at Discount rental as they are in the same building. I highly recommend Assured in Hawkesbury!
