Had a number of cracks in our stucco and some stone falling off our garage. They came and did an excellent job. Clean, efficient and professional. I would highly recommend them.

A-1 Stucco Repairs
I talked to David about the exact color I wanted, and if he had used that color, the repair would have been fine. Clearly he used whatever he had on hand, and the stucco repair looks awful. They came out quickly, so 2 stars for that. But ultimately would find a different company to work for, $250 for a 1 hour repair that wasn't done properly seems ridiculous looking back at it now.

Hired David and his team to fix my house's foundation parging. David showed up as promised to provide the quote. I had a need to fix it before I put up my shed. He explained his team was really busy but was able to accommodate my schedule by repairing the important areas first then come back at a later date to complete the rest of the work. That allowed me to meet my schedule. I really appreciate their flexibility to assist me. I also accepted that we needed good weather to do quality work so if you're considering something for home, patience may be required - especially how this year has been so wet/rainy.

A-1 Stucco Repairs
I sent an email with photos of cracks in the stucco that I wanted repaired. The two dates on which they said they would be stopping by to take a look at the cracks came and went without anyone showing up. It’s been nearly three weeks since our last email exchange and I have not received any explanation as to why they didn’t keep the appointments. If they weren’t interested in doing the repairs I wanted they should have simply said so rather than wasting my time. I’d have given zero stars if that was possible.

I was in touch with A1 several times, each time they responded and said they would come out to look at the repair and give us an estimate. Never came out. If they werent interested in the work they should have said so.
