Rick has been our go-to mechanic since we moved to Alliston area. We did try a few other mechanics before but found him to be the most honest and generally very fair with pricing. He takes care of our two personal vehicles and one work truck. Would recommend him to anyone, 5/5.

Ripleys went above and beyond, when one of our work trucks needed a repair and crew were on site here in Alliston. Rick went and checked the truck out on site, arranged a tow truck and stayed late on a Friday to make sure our crew was able to get home. Would recommend to anyone needing a reliable and professional mechanic.

This is long over due. I had gotten a Mazda 3 and my grandma said she would cover the cost to get everything fixed. She told Ripley whatever it needs just fix it I want it safe. Almost 3 grand later lol. Not even a week goes by my belt is making noise so I go back to get it fixed again which should have been done properly the first time. They use cheap parts, your car sits there for about a week before getting it back. I now need work done again. For almost 3 grand spent to you guys I should have NO issues already it has been way less then a year and I am very careful when driving my vehicles so there is no way it's my fault. Ripley also said to me well its an older car what do you expect? Do you want to know what I expect!? GOOD SERVICE, good parts a reliable mechanic who provides good work and makes customers want to return. When your charging 3000$ to get my car a safety it should be done right and with good parts. My car was making a loud noise the other day and it was my backing plate grinding against my rotor, the thing was completely rusted, that would have taken quite some time to rust that much! You guys should have called that for safety also! But you didn't because you guys are lazy! The work there is so poorly done and I guarantee its rushed. My car is worse now then when I had brought it to you guys how does that make any sense!? I will NEVER return to guys for anything else in the future and will never recommend you guys to anybody. I have heard great reviews about Carline Auto Repairs – NAPA AUTOPRO & Master Mechanic both located in Alliston also. You guys lost a customer who didn't mind paying a pretty penny but that's if work is done right and I am satisfied but I am not and haven't been since I have had ANY work done through you guys. Money grabbers and horrible service. Save your time & your money and go else where.

Rick and his team are friendly, efficient, reliable, honest and reasonably priced. Even when they are busy, they try to make time to help out. I’m so glad I trusted my car with them!

Fast and amazing service while I had to change my battery at last minute.

Rick has his customer’s best interest at heart. My husband and I were in a bind with our brakes suddenly needing to be replaced. Rick acted quick at the end of the day to order in the parts and worked passed close to get us looked after. Thanks again. We appreciate your great customer service!

My wife's bmw engine started to overheat and would not move. Towed the car to Ripleys and it turned out to be the electric water pump. We talked on the phone and Rick was very informative. He quoted a price for the repair and also repaired back tire. Rick came out with defective part and showed me what he had done. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend. Tom Brown

Got my snow tires and back brakes done recently and front brakes in the summer, great shop and very professional people working. Heard of ripleys from my girlfriend and her dad is a former mechanic and he trusts Rick so that was good enough for me. Will always use ripleys for my auto needs on my truck ! 10/10 highly recommend.
