Well since Canadian Tire are all rather similar to each other all over the country, the same goes for this one.Store is however very clean and usually well stocked.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Canadian Tire at their location in Saint-Leonard. I've been trying to get in touch with someone about an issue for days, but every time I call, I'm put on hold, transferred, and put on hold again. It's like a never-ending loop of terrible customer service.I don't understand how a company can treat their customers like this. It's incredibly disrespectful of our time and shows a complete lack of care for our concerns. Their customer service is abysmal, and they clearly have no interest in helping their customers.I'm beyond disappointed with this experience and will be taking my business elsewhere.

If I could put negative stars I would... We purchased a tree two days ago and tried to get it refunded or at the very least get store credit. The cashier informed" us that this is something they couldn't do because of a policy that was put in place the day after purchase. We were never told about this holiday item policy during purchase verbally

Big store with friendly staff and very well placed. I just wish it had a bit more variety when it comes to auto parts or accessories, but all in all it is a good store.

Last time I come here. Was given a paper to come back another time when the item would be back in stock at the rebate price. Each time I would go they would tell me it’s never in stock.. finally they have it in stock, not only does the manager + cashier tell me “it was never on sale” but the paper given had been expired and told me they couldn’t give me a rebate price because it’s not something they can do…even though they provided me the rebate price paper??How can I buy something on rebate if you never have it in stock? Professionalism and customer service big 0.

It’s your standard Canadian Tire. Cashiers are never particularly friendly. I have also been harassed a few times by those people selling the Canadian Tire cards. It honestly makes for a dreadful shopping experience.. I also don’t find it professional for the manager to be yelling at employees in front of customers. Please revisit professionalism in the workplace..

I bought an electric cable 10m but it will s too short. The manager Daniel insist that they cannot take it back because the plastic wrap damaged and they cannot restock it. They cannot measure to see if it wasn’t cut. You should never buy anything there if you are not 100% sure. Bad service!!!

Only good place when you know exactly where the product you want, otherwise you will lose a lot of time to find or wait for help, prepare for waste at least 1:30 hours each visit if you need help.

My car battery wasn't working so I went to closest canadian tire, there was no service and the lady gave me a receipt from the cash but could not refund me on the old battery 20$ as I didn't have it with me ( which is normal). The next day I take my receipt and my old battery and I go to a Canadian Tire near me, for my recycling return and refund, I bring this heavy battery in and my receipt, the guy refuses to refund saying I gotta go to the first Canadian tired so i call head office they say the policy says that I can get refunded by any store, but she spoke to the manager and because I didn't have a receipt on a 8x11 paper (which the cashier never gave me) and I only the store receipt he refused it. I find it ridiculous driving 40 min to recycle something given the gas I'll be spending getting there, I'm not sure what the company has as a vision but basically this is what makes ppl not want to recycle. The store decided , I attached the bill so which states exactly what I bought, this is treatment after you spend 200$ there!

We wanted helium balloons since you guys had the party expert stand but they told us they had no helium tank even tho they had at least 20 on the shelf to sell… we asked them if they could call another store to see if they could do it but they told us to call ourselves. Disgusting customer service.
