Marco is really good. I mean really good! We had never purchased a detached home before and were pretty nervous about our purchase as the home is almost 100 years old. Marco was super thorough in his inspection report, and explained everything in detail to me over the phone (we were in a different province). Marco was referred to me by an architect friend of mine and he completed our home inspection last week. Both my husband and I were very happy with his attention to detail and thoroughness.I had used a home inspector on a different property years ago who missed a fairly expensive issue, so I had an endless supply of questions waiting for Marco. I had frontline Homes do my home Inspection. Marco is very knowledgeable and and gives you recommendations of things to look for later on down the road. He walked the entire exterior and interior of the house, he even looked in the Attic to see if there was any problems. I highly recommend using this company for your home inspection needs.

Marco was great to deal with and I feel so much more knowledgeable now having spent the time going through the house with him. He takes the time to explain what he's doing and why. When he does find issues he telsl you when they should be fixed, and how big of an issue it is.
