I've been a part of the G4S Team for 3 years now. I learned skills and developed them, from infantry guard, becoming supervisor. Many thanks to Dani Meza for his mentoring and guidance on this journey. The Mississauga branch has a great team and they try their very best to keep up with all the rapid changes of operations. I myself have been placed in a great site with a very strong team along with amazing clients, that I'm very grateful and fortunate to be working with day by day. If is one thing I can tell you, is you get what you can give and will not be overlooked for it.

I have been working with G4S for 9 years, and it is the best 9 years of my career life. This company cares for their employees and try their best to accommodate them. Especially Lee and Dani Meza. Dani is good mentor and goes above and beyond for his employees and Lee is a great scheduler. Would recommend them to anyone.

I have been working with G4S for almost one year and I am so happy working there. Since the first time i entered the office asking for work, the team welcomed and offered the help right away. I have been interviewed ,trained and got the job in one week. The management team is so helpful and honest. I want to thank the area manager Dani Meza, he is one of the best people I ever dealt with. I've worked at my current site as the Supervisor for 11years.G4S has had the account for over 2 years now and I'm happy to be a part of the team.They value my input when selecting new guards to join my team rather than just sending unqualified guards.Our account manager Dani is always available to address all team concerns in a timely matter. The only area of improvement would be contacting scheduling within a reasonable amount of wait time on the phone.This would assist with guards regarding thier site schedules,book offs and shift swaps.

I worked for G4S from August 2017 to November 2018. I honed several skills on the job such as communication skills, attention to detail, surveillance, and report writing. My performance was quickly recognized by the client who hired me as a Site Superintendent. Currently, I am working for the Canadian Armed Forces as an Engineering Officer. Special thanks goes to my then area manager, Dani Meza, who was extremely helpful in the career progression that I attained. While I was under him, he always lent a listening ear and worked diligently to provide me with the best shifts. He was always supportive of my career goals and acted as one of the main references for the job application in the CAF. To this day, I apply many of the skills learned in G4S in my day to day tasks as an officer in the CAF. Not forgetting to mention, my manager in G4S has taught me a lot in how to be a leader in my current job.

I switch over to G4S in 2010 from another local security company. Over the years a lot of changes of occurred from policies to the people i have worked with. But one thing as always remained the same and that is G4S is they best company I have ever worked for. Right from the top management down they are always available to hear you and to help you achieve your goals. Yes the hiring process can seem long but its because G4S only wants to hire the best of the best. Because of this process G4S is able to offer the best possible service to our clients.As for the office staff at the Dixie Training Center well i could say a thousand and one things but bottom line is they want the entry staff succeed. Right from human resources to the schedulers to the ops manager to the branch manager you wont find a better group of people to work with.So if your looking for a company that believes in their staff and wants to see yhem excell to bigger and brighter things. Then G4S is the place to be!!!! If your a company looking to hire security you won't find a more professional group to secure you brand.
