We purchased a pool from a competitor and we were having problems with warranty issues.They took over our file and got us through some difficult times using professionalism and great knowledge.Have been using them for our opening and closing our pool since.They have exceeded our expectations at every turn.

Miguel and team have been so helpful and informative. We had our pool installed by another vendor who left us in the dark with no info on what to do (we are pool owner newbies) but one call to Aqua Tech and Miguel fixed our problems and walked us through what was needed. We now use them for opening and closing and any in betweens. Highly recommend them for your pool needs.

Horrible service. Installed half my pool cover but could not complete the job and was to return in the spring to finish. We fallowed up several times in the spring and the owner would not call us back after several calls and emails. Miguel completely ignored us. We now have an expensive useless cover and holes in our concrete made by their team for said cover attachment pieces. What a horrible experience!!!

We have used Aqua Tech for a number of years now and have always had a great experience with Miguel and his team. Extremely knowledgeable with exceptional service for our pool and hot tub needs. Wish you all the best with your new store in Rockland and will be using your service's again in the very near future!

Miguel was great to deal with and educate us on our new pool his team takes the time and goes the extra mile. Strongly recommend.

*** Edit as per reply by owner below***- Again, a perfect example of terrible communication. No one called or mentioned to me that a repair was scheduled tomorrow, you just made this up after seeing this review, please do not show up as other arrangements have been made by now. It takes 5 min to make a phone call, which you failed to do yet again. A response to a negative google review is not a way to communicate with customers.- The improper bottom drain line installation is news to me, and should've been documented on the repair invoice, see invoice- If you were as quick to return calls as you are to reply to google reviews maybe your customers would appreciate it a bit moreOriginal review:Horrible service and communication. New pool bought in fall 2022, and had Miguel and his team come down to winterize it before winter, as we were first time pool owners and unfamiliar with the winterizing procedure, so we trusted him as a professional (big mistake). Winter goes by, and spring arrives. I had Miguel come and open the pool May 2nd 2023. On May 3rd we filled the pool after his opening service, only to notice a cracked and leaking skimmer due to poor winterizing by Miguel. I called the office (as Miguel is unreachable), and the very nice lady mentioned he would come back to have a look, which I appreciated greatly. Miguel came back a few days later, and in only 4 minutes, managed to try and melt the skimmer with what seems like a torch. It did absolutely nothing with the leak, as seen in the picture below. Miguel mentioned on the 'repair' invoice that the skimmer should be replaced due to a visible salt stain, which was an unrelated gasket leak that was fixed tightening a few screws after the pool was installed (never bothered wiping the salt stain afterwards in the fall). There was no other leaks during his visit, and no other leaks currently.Miguel acknowledged the cracked skimmer and did what seems like a 'hack job', but failed to take responsibility and replace the cracked skimmer, trying to blame it on something else, which was totally unrelated. Ive left 4 messages and asked the office to have him call me, and even left a note on the skimmer to have him call me during his visit, and he chooses to hide from this problem and ignore his customers. Nothing else was given to us other than a note to get the skimmer replaced.Spend your money somewhere else, Miguel chooses to rush from job to job, not call back his customers and always quick to send invoices and ask for money. Terrible business etiquette.

Would never deal with them - horrible service- I would 100% give a zero star - it’s bad business to let people hang - not knowing what was happening- 2 different people came by and looked at our pool and said it was fine to fix - what’s not cool is lyingAnd not calling back but replied immediately to a review- again would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS POOL COMPANY- - owner unraveled himself by the response
