Never ever go to this place, if there was an option for less than one star I would rate this business it because of the attitude, scam prices and the constant procrastination when it comes to fulfilling orders on time. I dont honestly understand how a successful business" can't even do the one thing they are supposed to do. Please for your sake

I bought silver from Dubai jewellers, they charged me double the actual price. I recently went to other gold shops in payal business centre for gold shopping and asked them the price of silver I bought it from dubai jewellers, and I was actually shocked that dubai jewellers charged me so much.

It was not a good experience with these jewellers. They are not transparent with their pricing. I ended up be ripped because of that. Unless you probe and be smart about the billing , you can be assured to be given an unfair price.

I would not recommend this establishment at all. I left my antique pendant with them to restore which they said they can fix. They didn't restore it to my specifications so I had to leave it behind with them and never heard back for weeks. They didn't return my calls or multiple texts. I had to ask my friend to get involved who lives in Surrey. It was so uncomfortable. Once I received it weeks later from the date that they promised, the pendant was so poorly restored that I wish I didn't even bring it to them. It's a waste of my time and money. The past three weeks of not hearing from them was so distressing that I would caution anyone from trusting them with any of their heirloom jewellery. So sad and disappointing.

Great jewellery by great people! They were very friendly and did an amazing job executing my idea for a pendant, truly a master of their craft! Would recommend to anyone who wants quality jewellery that takes time to make but is perfected by countless hours of work.

I will never shop here again.Not only are they overpriced but they tell you it will be ready in a week and five weeks later, it's still not ready. The owner said she doesn't care if she has bad reviews.That just shows that she doesn't care to look after her customers.Take it from me it was not a good experience. I only bought one piece there and regret it so much. I just spent $50000 on gold in another store that appreciated my business. I don't know how they are still in business but if they keep up the horrible customer service, they won't be in business for long.If I could give them a zero star,I would.

Best jewellers in payal business centre. I went to many jewellers to buy a chain, but their prices were so high. Then my friend told me about dubai jewellers. They give me the same chain with reasonable price. Strongly recommend them.
