Transwestern Truck Centres

I was looking for the transmission control housing for my mack cxu613, I tried calling the dealership all over canada but was unable to get the part due to back order. Luckily I called TransWestern Truck Center Lethbrigdge Alberta and talk to Brody Sangster (the parts technician) and he said he has in stock. I paid by Visa and Brody shipped the part by Air ,(he dropped the part at Purolator location coz nobody from Purolator showed up to pick the part as scheduled). I really appreciate Brody's help, Brody is really a good guy and he is so helpfulI will highly recommend this location and give them 5* rating for their service and help. Good and helpful people. These guys are awesome so glad that they are so close to me . They helped me out so quickly. I’m a knew owner operator and needed a new def pump luckily I was covered by my warranty on the truck . The lovely lady behind the counter sorted all my warranty out even spoke to them over the phone and got me out on the road so quickly. 10/10 service from michale short. I will be sending my truck here all the time for service brake downs even buying my next truck from here . Very impressed.

Would never bring another truck here for servicing. 9 hours to clear the codes. Customer service was worst of any truck center I've been to north of the border. Would literally go anywhere else.

Came in with a power window switch on a granite and the parts person Justin would not even help me without a VIN, not even “let me go look to see if I can find it.” At least at other dealerships they put in a little effort. What the purpose of giving someone like that a red seal journeyman status if they can’t do anything without their computer. Useless
