We decided to upgrade our wood railings to a nice topless glass system. Roger from OK Custom Railings was always on time and was doing a great job, when I had questions , he answered them to our satisfaction. Their knowledge and expertise were very helpful in deciding on the design, and the installation was expertly done. Also, communication was timely and clear, and the whole process was very efficient. The result is beautiful and we are very pleased.

I could not be happier with the job that OK Custom Railings did in our home and on our deck. The topless glass railings allow us the view from our deck with no obstructions. I am highly impressed with the quality and safety of my new topless glass railing. After receiving quotes from other companies, I decided to go with ok custom railings due to the professional response, explanations of every engineering detail, and the right process of installing the topless glass railings safely and by codes taking also into consideration their affordable quote. Once the job is completed, they took the time to ensure we are completely satisfied with the results cleaned the glass cleaned the deck check for screws in the garden below the deck. The installers went over every bolt ensure it’s torqued properly and sealed.When the team left one of the owners called us made sure we are happy and satisfied with the our new topless glass railing and they asked us for feedback on how they can improve.I highly recommend Ok custom railings

The OK Custom Railings team recently built for us a replacement back deck and railings - on time, on budget, safe, with long warranties, and looking great. We chose the style of the components from a number of options and price points offered by Roger. The usable area is now 10% more than the old deck thanks to style suggestions from Roger. Roger and his team did an awesome job installing our aluminum framed glass deck railing. It looks great and we have already have many compliments on it. This really brought the deck together and completes it. Work was very professional and the staff were friendly and even helped move our deck furniture and BBQ up to the deck before the railing going up. Excellent service and high end products. I highly recommended Ok Custom Railings.
