Great professional service. Not sure what the negative reviews are about, when they arrived they had all the glass packed and transported properly. Did three bathrooms in my home and still getting complements on how they turned out. Showers were absolutely beautiful. Will be doing more work for me for sure. Don’t waste your time on others. These guys know there stuff!

I had several small pieces of glass cut for some household shelving. They were fast, courteous and did a great job!

This company took on my job to replace some privacy glass in a large interior wood door.I delivered the door to their shop and spent an hour going over the details of exactly what I needed to be done with Rob the owner. He marked the side of the door to be worked on with green painters tape.A month later he calls and says it's ready to go. When I arrive the door is in rough shape.The trim has been mangled. And despite the green tape still on the 'right' side of the door to be worked on, it has been taken apart on the WRONG side.The new trim was not stained to match and installed terribly. The corners are mis-matched and not mitred properly at all. A high school wood working student could have done a better, more professional job.And to top it off the glass was installed backwards.Rob's excuse is that I'm too busy"Then why take on my job and quote me $400 to do it? And tell me that you would take your time and make it look great??I paid 120 for the glass and took my mangled door. Shouldn't have paid him anything based on the damage to my property.Absolutely NO attention to detail. And no accountability by the owner. Garbage work.And now I'm looking for a real craftsman to fix the screw ups done by RCM.Take your business elsewhere...he's likely to be too busy to pay attention to the details of your job too."

Rob and his team were fantastic, we had them in to install a mirror in our ensuite (double sink vanity and to the 9' ceiling) they did such a great job we had them do the glass shower walls. Rob was patient, knowledgeable and thorough when helping us decide what style was best for the ensuite. His crew were on time, polite and left the work area clean. Would highly recommend this company.

Over a very busy Christmas season Rob and his team made sure we were looked after efficiently and professionally so our house was able to close passing inspection for occupancy.
