The design was enjoyable. Permits do take awhile so be patient for that. The build seemed to zoom by. I drove by almost every day out of excitement and it was an experience just to watch it be built.Having direct control over what the home looks like and what goes into is an experience everyone should have. The home also appreciated nearly 25% which was mind blowing!
