I worked with Musa to finalize the details of a SUV for my friend Sharon. He was very professional, courteous and accommodating on coming to an acceptable price and he agreed to do some minor repairs before taking possession of the vehicle. UPDATE: the repairs and maintenance items were done as promised and Sharon is very happy with the process and the vehicle. Well done Sam Motors and especially Musa.

Bought a Journey 6 Months ago from them. First they sold the original car on us that we were interested in so they told us they had this better option. All inspection records showed 0 majorIssues. Brought the vehicle back second day as driving it home it was shaking on Deerfoot. They fixed the back shocks - only bc I had called as I was driving itHome from the dealership.Transmission warnings started coming on in the 4th month and now 2 months later, it needs a brand new one. It was a car for my Daughter to get to University and that is out the door now and still paying this loan. Mechanic said there is no way this could have been missed 6 months ago as the transmission fluid as black and thick. AJ at financing was the only Decent person of the deal. Get a second inspection before purchasing from here!

DON’T BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP - SCAMBought a car to them for $8,800. The car looked ok, nothing on the Carfax, 1 owner before, only 170,000 kms everything looked fine. They sold it to me with an inspection showing no defaults at all.2 months after, I start notifying a weird noice driving the car. I brought it to the mechanic and was very happy to learn that the transmission was completely broken. The guy told me they needed to rebuilt it entirely. Nothing was mentioned on the car inspection and here I am, after only 3,000 kms driving the car, I had to spend $6,200 to rebuilt my transmission. 100% sure the transmission was already broken when I bought the car, their car inspection is a complete scam.Other than a lot of spent money, it could have been worst and I could have been involved in a accident, the car was not supposed to be driven with a broken transmission.RUN AWAY FROM THEM

customer service was meh, requested carfax and OOPI before we drove 150km to see a 2010 jeep wrangler, the documents were illegible. Guess they dont have the capacity to scan a piece of paper. Said vehicle had a bad exhaust leak that never went away with running temp. Upon turning on the air, the cab reaked of antifreeze. Among that ,the cracked windshield and the garbage tires, I am bewildered this allegedly passed an out of province inspection with flying colors, Price was firm, we walked and wont be back.

I bought a 2007 dodge caliber today. I had a great experience working with Andrew, he got me a great deal and really hooked me up I had a great customer experience. All of the paperwork was in order including the car fax and the out of province inspection. I would recommend going here.

After trying multiple dealership spended endless hours searching for a vehicle with reasonable price . We were recommended by one friend to give sam motors a try. I honestly love the culture and love the deal I got . I saved 3k from my budget and have much low car payment . These guys are great people to do business, Mr Waqar, or Mr Musa are genuinely great people who sold me a beautiful hyundai sonata. I am definitely recommending this to anyone.

Bought a car from here about a week ago. They provided a carfax and inspection list everything seemed fine besides hail damage, got a second inspection on it 2 days after buying it, I don’t think this dealership did their due diligence on the inspection as I had around 2000 dollars just to diagnose the problems just 2 days after they sold it to me, so I tried to bring the car back and get my money back. They then said they would take the car back and give me my money back but they would deduct 2000 dollars for the problems. Not saying they did this on purpose but reading other reviews this happens too much for it to be a one time mistake steer clear of this dealership

We bought a vehicle from this dealership we are delighted with our purchase. The salesperson was honest and told me I wouldn't find this deal anywhere, and today I went for an oil change to my mechanic, and he said I got a great deal for a used vehicle.

My partner bought us a vehicle from here, that turned out to have more than a few problems. The car didn’t turn on initially, and he was told it was because the car hadn’t been turned on in a while. We bought the car, and in a matter of weeks the battery was dead. A month later, the entire TRANSMISSION needed to be replaced. We got a carfax before purchasing and there was nothing on record - the vehicle isn’t old, it is just a complete dud and I am extremely frustrated with how deceived we were with this purchase. When we asked them theoretically what they would do, they admitted that they would file a report. We are waiting on results from the report.
