Mila Rivkin ruined my wedding dress. She got an ink mark on the front of it while doing alterations, then tried to get the stain out herself which only made it worse. Next, she sent me to her trusted dry cleaner (Nettoyeur Ecologique Royal) who shrunk the dress. In order to cover up these horrible mistakes, she then took it upon herself to make alterations to the dress without my permission or consent. She completely changed the fit, look, and shape of the skirt in order to cut out the stain she had gotten on my beautiful silk dress. WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. It no longer fits me properly, and is not the dress I originally purchased. I am left without a wedding dress and my wedding is only two weeks away. No one is taking responsibility for these mistakes and I am having to fight to be reimbursed. The lack of professionalism and accountability is disgraceful. Brides beware before putting your trust in this business.

I brought my wedding dress here to get altered. She suggested I remove a big chunk of my dress which I was a bit hesitant at first. Once I tried it on after everything was done I was extremely happy with it. It looked like a whole new dress and fit me perfectly. Thank you Mila :)

If you are going to go here for your wedding dress, I suggest you call first. Unless you want to waste your time, show up and then be told you have to make an appointment be my pleasure. I'm glad I went elsewhere that actually want my business.And suggestion for the owner, maybe you should note 'by appointment' somewhere online. Thanks.

Mila saved my designer wedding dress!! I highly recommend her for wedding gown alterations or designs for anyone in Montreal.Before seeing Mila, I had bought my gorgeous Vera Wang wedding dress and had had terrible alterations done by a seamstress from visible stitches, bunching at the waist, hemming too short and changing the gorgeous V neckline to an asymmetrical nightmare. I had spent so much time, energy, money and emotions on the dress which was in complete ruin!! and I definitely didn't have the budget for another.When I brought the dress to Mila, she knew how to fix ALL the mistakes and turn it back to the beautiful designer dress that it is. She even managed to enhance it! Thank you Mila, I finally have the dress of my dreams now!
