Showed up on time to clean my old cream coloured carpet in preparation to sell - best job ever -- paint stains and every other kind gone. Charged the same as everyone else but did the best work I have ever seen.

The price is fair, but the end result wasn't satisfactory. They left before I could comment on the dirty spots and didn't return future phone calls. Our landlord made us rehire another company. Would not use again in the future.

Had a 5 year old couch that has never been professionally cleaned with multiple stains including cat feces, cleaned in under 30 minutes, removed all stains and the couch looks brand new again. Great service, highly recommend.

Kel and the team is amazing, so responsive, and they always check-in with our centre on the day of to make sure we're prepared! They come to clean our Regus offices in Metro Vancouver. Hands down the best and most professional in the lower mainland. I had a basement leak and KC Cleaning crew was there in no time and went straight to work. They were able to minimize the amount of damage by their prompt arrival and having the equipment ready to set up. Highly recommend!

K C Carpet cleaning exceeded our expectations. They were super friendly, super professional, and honest with us the whole way through. We had a tough stain on our brand new carpet and they exceeded our expectations with how it looks. Hopefully we won't need to call them again but if we ever have another stain or carpet cleaning need, these guys will be our first call.
