Beautiful Bathrooms and Kitchens

I am very pleased with my new bathroom compliments of Brian, Travis and Mitch. They transformed my tired old bathroom into a bright, functional and delightful little bathroom by gutting it to the studs, replacing the worn out plumbing and bringing it back to the original 1920’s look that I wanted with shiny new subway tiles on the walls and penny tiles on the floor. Brian was very helpful in guiding my design choices, providing me with references, and keeping good contact regarding planning timelines and supplier updates. His installation crew Travis and Mitch were professional, informative and supportive. It was especially helpful that while we were away for the 2 weeks of renovation Travis sent daily updates and photos of the work in progress. I also appreciated his advice around some last minute changes to the fixtures. End result looks fantastic. Thanks! Marlene T

Our new bathroom looks awesome. A reno from a bathtub to a complete shower. We are so very pleased with the workmanship and are planning to spread the word of how absolutely professional the workers were and look forward to our next project.

Edit: response to Brian's message. Since I left the review I haven't received a call or email from you or anyone at Beautiful Bathrooms and Kitchen. So I'll put my response below so maybe you will actually read it and respond to me.Late reply? I haven't received any reply from you... this has been going on for 9 months, with you dodging and ignoring my emails. I've sent multiple emails, for months, since I've had these two NEW problems after the Reno was completed. I didn't mention it in my review about the discounts for the multiple problems we had during the reno because I felt it wasn't necessary to mention those as those problems were dealt with and we were happy with how you dealt with those issues, and we appreciated the discounts for all of the problems we had. The only time you helped us was when we where still paying you.. after you received the last payment for this project, you started to ignore my husband and I.What I was trying to get at in my original review was right now to date I have on-going issues with you not coming back to fix the job you didn't do properly in the first place. (The bathtub was leaking for 6 months after completion of the reno) if you want to ignore all the issues...FINE... but can you please fix the potential health hazard and fix the flooring!!!!and I kept emailing you while you kept pushing me off, so we could deal with this before it became a bigger issue. As I've mentioned before, my biggest concern is the flooring and the potential health hazard due to the leak happening for 6 months.And I have a problem with being ignored after I sent multiple emails from April to today (September 25th). After months of emailing, you sent George out, who was amazing by the way, he found the leak and fixed it! He was kind, caring and fixed the leak which is what I wanted. NOW the leak under the bathtub has ruined the flooring, which was brand new from the reno we just did...its ugly, black spots everywhere. And from my first set of emails, and from the pictures I sent, no one has come by to even see the problem. I am not trying to be difficult, is it too much to ask for you to come fix the problem? We were so excited to get this brand new bathroom, and you were helpful and great up until we finished paying you, since we paid for the project, you have been rude, you have ignored all my emails and I regret fully that we went with you. I wish we would have done our research and went with a more reputable company.We did our part and emailed you right away when we realized there were problems. So if you dealt with the problem promptly then the problem wouldn't have created another problem.ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW:I paid for a brand new bathroom reno and its been a HORRIBLE experience. There are problems that AREN'T being addressed! I have been waiting MONTHS for a response. I have sent MULTIPLE emails to Brian to come address these issues... But i keep getting pushed off.There was a leak for 6 months! (From the time the tub was installed to when they came back a few times and finally fixed the leak.) It took email after email to get them to fix the leak and find the leak. They fixed the leak and now the floor looks horrible where it was LEAKING for 6 months! And im still waiting for a response from Brian to address the flooring underneathe the bath tub.. My concern of course is mould growing, i can deal with it looking terrible, but mould is a potential health hazard to my family..The only positive from all this, was Chris and Dalton, they were amazing. But dealing with the owner has been nothing but headache after headache.Save yourselves the time, money, stress and worry and find a more reputable company that take pride in their work and actually help you if you were to have problems arise.

Update October 2018After my initial review in January 2018, then contractor came out and fixed the outstanding issues. That was 8 months ago and we have not had any other issues. So, I want to be honest and fair that the contractor made good on his promises and rectified the situation. That, we really appreciate and recognize as living up to the contract. We are thus very happy with the final results of the bathroom renovation._______Lots of promises, little follow through when things go wrong. Bathroom Reno from 2015 had many issues that were promised multiple times to be fixed but were not.The pictures demonstrate ongoing issues that Brian promised multiplied times would be fixed but remain unfixed. Ceiling cracks, caulking coming loose, leaking to basement, 34 opening and 32" barndoor so you see people doing their business in bathroom.-----Update - Jan. 21

Brian's team did a fantastic job remodelling our ensuite bathroom about three years ago. The team showed up on-time and worked very hard 8-5 every day until the job was completed. Communication before and during the project was exemplary. They cleaned up each day before leaving and were very careful not to let our nosey cat escape. The price was very fair - much lower than other quotes - and the quality / workmanship was outstanding. I would certainly hire again for future projects.

I had my old worn-out bathroom completely gutted and re-done.My renovation team of Warren and Tom worked very hard every day, took very few breaks and cleaned up every evening before leaving. They kept me informed of their progress and answered any questions I had along the way. Brian kept in contact via phone and e-mail with me throughout the process as well and was always available if needed.My reno was completed in two weeks and it is absolutely everything I asked for and more. My new bathroom is so beautiful it looks like it stepped right out of a magazine.Many thanks to Brian, Warren and Tom for making this renovation such a simple, easy process (for me!) and the finished product such a work of art.*One additional comment that has really nothing to do with the reno itself but certainly meant the world to me was how great Warren & Tom were when it came to my (indoor) cat. They were always careful not to let him get out. Thanks so much guys.

Exemplary renovation and installation team. From day 1, Brian was in tune with what we needed and kept things in line with what we wanted. Full kitchen and bathroom tear down, reno, and install, with the usual surprises along the way in a 100 year old house. He doesn’t sub contract out so his team - Warren and Dave - were our dedicated guys start to finish, and they know their stuff and truly did everything to make things right. There’s no drama or uncertainty, just proper and consummate professionalism start to finish. Highly recommended work.
