Had to try a Tim Hortons stop as they are everywhere. Place clean but food wasn't what I was expecting. Just ordered a breakfast roll but ended up throwing it away.

Overall a reasonable Tim's. Like so many other businesses, they are having staffing issues so there are days when they have had to close early. If you are traveling through heading north, this is the last Tim's before Valmont and heading south you won't find another till you get to Kamloops. They carry the typical food and drinks of the chain.

Standard Tim Hortons, however the staff prioritize drive through customers over those who enter, even when there's a line inside (perhaps this is the result of bad metrics tracking wait times of cars and not humans). Service inside was very slow, but at least they keep the washrooms clean and usable. Food and drink were standard Tim Hortons.

They got my order correct, however my sausage in my sandwich was lukewarm, and coffee was not stirred, it was like a triple triple on top, and just cream on the bottom.

The owner/manager too busy giving his young male staff shoulder rubs to be bothered to make sure food goes out in a timely fashion.Slowest service I've ever experienced at a Tim Ho's ( and no it wasn't busy at all).

The staff has their own rules… The Closing time is 9:00pm Bt the staff always closes it before 8:00pm….. The owner needs to change this timing paper sheet on the door…. I was at this place on 22nd Jan 2023 at 8:10pm… I wanted to order and use the restroom…. After me another 2 persons came went back….. Don’t fool around with ur customers…. Update ur Timing sheet or tell ur staff to follow the timing’s… You guys are letting down the image of timmies….. Shame

Took 10 minutes to get a super weak coffee. And they had no donuts at 2:40pm.The experience has put me in a miserable mood. Way to go Tim's. Another failure!
