I went to get a balayage and haircut with Andrew at The Headloft. He is very professional and listened to what I wanted with my hair in terms of the colour for the balayage, as well as the haircut. He made sure to check in on me several times during the appointment, and I felt so welcomed and was enjoying the process!My balayage turned out amazing! It blends really well with any type of hairstyling that I do, whether it be straight or having textured beachy waves. He added layers which added more dimension and volume. He also gave me some tips on how I can style my hair for an everyday look.Thank you so much Andrew! I am in love with my hair and I am looking forward to coming back.- Shereen

I was referred to Candace by one of my friends and I am SO happy she did! Every time I come into the salon I trust Candace with anything she feels is the best for my hair at the time and I am never disappointed. She definitely makes all of her clients feel comfortable and knows exactly what to take into consideration to give the perfect cut/colour. I am very picky with who I allow to touch my hair but fully trust her judgement as she makes sure to always get my opinion during the whole process. I will definitely be recommending Candace to more of my family and friends!

Asked about a balayage price over the phone with an artist and was quoted $275 but in store after my treatment paid $300. Overall my experience was underwhelming. My stylist also did not ask if I wanted an Olaplex treatment as well which was a bit unprofessional. When the toner was applied to my hair it looked fine in store but as soon as I stepped out and showed my friends they could see the orange tones left behind (literally looks like I need to tone my hair). I do have very dark hair naturally so some orange is expected but some areas are orange and some are a lighter less brassy colour. I did have some greys in the front as well which she tried to cover but the colour stained my temples from poor technique and was not washed out properly from my scalp area. Though she was very friendly I was not in love with my hair when I left the salon or the service.

As many other reviews say, there is seriously not enough positive words that I can say about this salon. My sister, mother and I have trusted Brianna with our curly hair for years now and she never disappoints. Aside from being friendly, she is beyond professional and definitely my favourite hairstylist ever. I recommend HeadLoft to everybody I know who is looking to get their hair done, whether it be colouring, styling, literally anything. We love you HeadLoft :)

I cannot say enough good things about The HeadLoft! Eric has been taking care of my hair for years and it is always phenomenal. He takes the time to get to know what you're looking for and works with you to achieve your hair goals. The whole staff are friendly, talented and treat you like family. I am always comfortable, looked after and leave feeling better than when I walked in with amazing hair. You would be hard pressed to find a better salon. Highly recommend!!

This is the only place I trust with my hair!! Everyone is so sweet and goes above and beyond to give you the look that you want. Eric is amazing and his hands work like magic!! Every time I walk out I’m so happy with the results. They treat their clients exceptionally well, truly the best salon I’ve ever been to!!

I've never been happier with my hair! I had an appointment with Candace and she was the nicest person. Not only did she help me get to my goal hair colour, she gave me so much info on how to look after it and was happy to help. Normally, after dying my hair it feels crunchy but my hair actually feels healthier then ever and I'm so happy. 11/10 recommend and I'm so excited to come back for a touch up!

Candace is the BEST. I have gone to her multiple times and she never fails to amaze me. She does it all, I have gotten my hair dyed brown to blonde to light brown with highlights, and I am always extremely pleased with her work. She is so kind and always makes my appointments enjoyable and comfortable. I would highly recommend you to go her for any of your hair needs she will not disappoint!! :)

5 stars all day long!I’ve had my natural hair for about 6 years, I went to see Eric for the first time yesterday and he did an incredible job at colouring, cutting and styling my hair. It’s hard to find someone that is good and that I trust to do my hair and I will not be going to anyone else except for him from now on. He took the time to get to know me and what I wanted done with my hair before starting. I had such a great time at the salon and it’s a place I highly recommend to anyone looking for anything hair related :) thanks again Eric!

I love getting my hair done here and I continue to come to The HeadLoft because of its gorgeous space and amazing team. In the past I've had Cristina style me hair for special occasions, and she was so amazing and did such a beautiful job.This time around, I figured I'd get my hair coloured by Eric and I was not disappointed! Eric really takes the time in his consultations to ensure you're on the same page as him to ensure you get the results you want. Throughout my appointment, Eric was warm, welcoming and the time truly flew by because I was enjoying the company of him and the other hair techs there as well. I will be returning and I'm so happy with my results. Thank you again for giving me beautiful, golden blonde locks <3 ... I miss you guy already!!!
