BX reviewed and serviced our fireplace winter 2023. ordered a part timely and the service calls were timely. He provide very good service value for a very fair cost on rate and parts. We'll definitely use BX Mech again for future service.

Tyrell showed up in minutes when our AC died during the heat wave. He solved the problem fast and was extremely professional. He is super knowledgeable, friendly, and always does things properly. We have used him multiple times since. I appreciate how he communicates the issue so I can understand and gives options on how to proceed. Hire BX mechanical and you won’t be sorry!

I’ve worked with tyrell 3 times so far and will NEVER work with him again. I have no real complaints about his work. He knows the trade and will get the job done. But his failure to be punctual and then giving false hopes as to when he will actually show up is unacceptable. The first time i called him out to replace a kitchen tap and change the copper lines to pex. He showed up 30 minutes late. Second time I had him change a hot water tank at my house, shows up about a hour late and then mid job leaves my site approx 11:30 and keeps saying he will be back in a hour then that turns into 3 and so forth. He didn’t return until 5pm that day. A simple 2-3 hour job took the entire day nothing more then a piss off. But I try to support local businesses so i overlooked that and hired him again for another hot water tank replacement the following month. Told me he’d be at the property for 7:30 didn’t show up til 8:30. At this point there is NOT A CHANCE in the world i will work with this company again due to the unnecessary stress and frustration I’ve encountered.

Tyrell completely re-plumbed our house this year. He spent a lot of time thinking the job through, even planning the location of the drywall cuts before giving us a quote, which was very reasonable. He was fast and efficient and even corrected two additional problems we'd had for years. I would definitely hire him again.

We had such a great experience with Tyrell changing our hot water tank. Gave us a quote over email and showed up few days later to get the job done, on time, and not over price. Would highly recommend this small business owner for any plumbing needs.

Meg and Tyrell from BX Mechanical are always responsive. Tyrell has solved many issues for us. He looks to resolve the issues through troubleshooting and problems solving. He has come to our rescue during emergency situations on more than one occasion responding to later evening text messages and squeezing us in before he starts the rest of his day. An amazing, dedicated journeyman who is superbly trained and always focussed on performing top notch service at very reasonable prices. I would deal with no other company now that BX Mechanical is there to deal with all my plumbing, and HVAC ISSUES.

I used BX Mechanical for three projects this year. Tyrell, the owner is a very accomplished plumber, fitter and furnace/ac technician. He schedules the work appropriately, gathers all the parts required, and completes the work professionally. Tyrell knows what he's doing!!!! I would not hesitate to use him on future projects or to recommend him to anyone.

I tried using BX Mechanical and was completely shocked when I got the bill.The work was not technical and was performed adequately however Tyrell bases his invoices on where you live not by the service he provided. His hourly rate which he refused to break down on his invoices worked out to $290.00/hour. Tyrell was at our house for only 4 1/2 hours and the invoice was $1,700.00 and there were less than $400.00 in parts and permits.Unless you have no other options I would avoid this overpriced service like the plague.
