The person at the front desk was very impolite. Went there to get my tires changed, which were OFF the rims. They mistook them for being ON rims.Instead of dealing it professionally, he started arguing about him being SURE about listening that the tires were ON rims.I hope they get better at their customer service especially conflict resolution.

2010 Equinox 103000 km. 1st brake job needed!The works... Rotors,Pads,Emergency Brake,New FluidJob Completed on time and an exact estimate....no surprises and no added findings that can be very disturbing to the unknowing customer....run it past you and you decide what you want to do. Much appreciated!Bought new tires from them 18 months ago and knew the brake job was coming...no pushy stuff...you have bit left on the pads...again its up to you...why fix it if it ain't broke...as the old saying goes.Have gone for service with Green and Ross in Toronto and Brampton since the 70's...Good service, On time, Genuine Parts...Much Appreciated!

I purchased a set of new rims with installation kit for my car when I bought new winter tires. Active Green and Ross at this location stored my tires. It's now time to do the change over and they are asking for the installation kit. This was not put in my car and they are telling me to go and find it, how can I find something I never had. This manager Paul is very rude. He has very poor customer service. I am sorry I spent my hard earned money here. What am I going to do with that installation kit, I cannot use it for anything else. Now I am out $70.00 + tax and I have to buy another kit. He said they always put it in the car. He acts like his servicemen cannot make a mistake. I wish I could give zero stars, I will never use that shop again.

Brought my vehicle there and was threatened to have a certain service done or they would call police on me to have the vehicle towed. I only went there for the convenience but I’ll never go back there. They see a woman walk in and think they can take advantage. I know my rights and you will definitely learn yours after today.

The Team in Brampton always deliver impeccable service and give great care and advice when taking care of my vehicle. I would definitely recommend them for anyone who wants terrific service for their vehicle.

Most noticeable about the location was how professional they were. It is really rare to hear how well spoken some service people are to potential customers. I was taken care of as it used to be many years ago, with respect and a caring nature. I don’t remember his first name but I addressed him as Mr. A(rnsenault). Many thanks for showing such respect.

Other than GM recalls, this is the only place my 2011 Buick has been serviced as well as the Buick before that and the Buick prior. Service them well, drive them with respect and you can enjoy many years of reliable service from them. I trust this shop with the service part.
