I have placed countless, countless orders with this place over the last few years. I have spent entirely too much of my income on cool computer parts and accessories, and I have been happy with my service for the most part.I have had issues with ordering only twice. An item that was mislabelled as in stock, resulting in pick-up delays. More worryingly, I was once incorrectly sold an open-box 13900KS as new (I could tell the seal had been broken after I got home). In both cases, though, the staff were super helpful and the issue was resolved. Still, I worry that a less knowledgeable person may not have realized that the 13900KS had previously been opened.At no point was I upset with the employee's service, however there is clearly room for improvement in the inventory tracking systems and making sure all open-boxed items are correctly marked as such.

A nice, easy to access store with tons of staff ready to help.

If you need help, don't wait for it. Sellers keep talking and don't have any attention. Products lacking price and wrong prices on the shelves. If the price does not match the amount at checkout, the cashier asks you to check the price on the shelf again. Unfortunately out of all the stores, this one has the worst customer service in person and over the phone. If you ever need to speak to the manager, they say that there is no manager on site.

Came in for a battery change and ended with them giving me a stripped screw for my razor laptop months ago.Didn’t realized it until now when I went back, and when I bring it up now the employee blame it on me because stripped screw can only occur using screw driver, which they are not permitted to use, which is what they did last time anyway.

Staff are ready to help as soon as you enter the store. Was able to get purchaes done quickly and got exactly what I came in for.Inventory was tidy and neat.Cashier was having a rough day, tried to hide it with a smile to which I could sympathize with. Hope he gets better.

I was good service always good selection if you need anything computer-wise this is the perfect place to reach I'm very knowledgeable staff quite friendly and a lot of different computers accessories hard drives anything computer these people are very knowledgeable I'm going to help you make the right decision if you know what you're going to get

Very good selection computer components at reasonable prices. The staff patiently helped me pick out the parts for my build.

While I did not get my computer fixed here due to turn around time, the friendly staff suggested I call another Canada Computer and ask if they had better turn around time. Thanks to that I got my computer back pretty quickly.

Very helpful service center, they can test parts for you to help you with hardware debugging. A tech named Ramit was particularly helpful! Good return policy on store purchase items as well.
