If I could give a zero I would. Tell me why I called them to have my stitches removed and they said they couldn’t do it, confused as in why I asked and she replied “we can’t take the responsibility”! What in the world type of answer is that? Some people truly should not be in public service.

I was looking around for a new dermatologist in the area. I called the office and was able to get an appointment within a few weeks. The office staff was friendly and helpful. They sent my paperwork to complete online before my appointment. I saw Dr. Doumit who I liked a lot. I wouldn't hesitate to request him when I return. He was really nice and helpful!

I have had the opportunity to interact with Dr. Mathilde Labbé on several occasions over the last few months. She is an exceptional doctor. She goes to the root of the problem rather than simply treating symptoms and she has lots of empathy. She is also very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this lovely doctor!

Great doctor, very disappointing service! Dr. Xiong was really terrific and helpful the day of my appointment but everything after that was a nightmare. 2 weeks after my appointment I had heard nothing about my test results. I had to run after them which is impossible because nobody answers the phone ever, I finally got someone to call me and they told me they didn't have my test results yet, but I had a confirmation that it was sent to them and that it was on my file. After multiple more failed attempts to get back in touch with them they called me and left me a message which I could barely understand, so I tried to call back and again, no answer. This is ridiculous considering what they charge for their services, it shouldn't be this difficult to get in touch with a nurse when they're charging the way they do. If i wanted to wait for hours on the phone, I wouldn't go to a private clinic.

The nurse listened with intent to understand and provided me with the best care/outcome to my visit. Her extensive background aided her (and myself) in delivering competent advise and medical attention to a wide variety of health needs.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I wasn’t very happy with this private clinic. The secretaries are rude and not warm and welcoming. The equipment used at the clinic is not the best, it’s okay. Also the prices are high, that is not something I can’t very much complain about because that’s how it is pretty much anywhere. All to say, please consider other clinics before trying this one as they do a moderate job and it’s not worth all that money. I had to remove warts and they offered me a burning procedure with Azote and that ran me about 400$ when you can do it for free at regular clinics and/or with a family doctor. Thank you for the services regardless.

I’ve been a member of Union clinic for about a year and a few months, and I’ve never had a problem with the staff, however today there was a secretary on the second floor that made me feel unwanted. She addressed me in a very disrespectful manner and made me feel like I was trespassing, even though I had an appointment. I had to show her proof of me being there and I shouldn’t have to because I already talked to the secretary on the first floor. I don’t want to assume she was rude because of the colour of my skin but I doubt she treats everyone like how she was acting towards me.

I had a wonderful experience in this clinic. The receptionists are all very welcoming and helpful. The follow-up call and appointments are easily managed.Dr Nolan is a professional physician who listens attentively, explains everything necessary very clearly, and discusses possible solutions. She is so kind and caring and helps you feel great. I strongly recommend her.

All of the employees here were extremely friendly and informative. Dr. Sabrina Nolan was understanding and professional. Additionally, Isabella (I think that was her name), who took my blood was so gentle I barely felt it! I would highly recommend visiting this office.

Had great experience with a doctor Nolan here. Perfectly on time with the appointment. She took her time to explain things properly. She followed up after seeing the X-ray reports, and explained things really well. Really happy overall. Will definitely go again.
