I cannot thank Geoff enough for the outstanding and professional service he provided! As a first-time home buyer, the process was overwhelming - but Geoff helped us to feel more confident in our decision. He provided a 3 hour inspection with high-tech equipment, a very detailed report, lots of photos and follow up conversations. He was very flexible with location, schedules to work around and was always quick to get in contact with. With his inspection, we were able to have the price dropped for final sale! I will certainly be recommending him to anyone who is looking for a home inspection!

I have never been apart of a home inspection before and didn't know what to except but Geoff prepared us before with knowledge of what he would review. During the inspection he walked us through, showing us what is amazing about the house and what we might want to improve or should do right away. He let me chime in with any questions at anytime and we had a few good laughs too. He is very friendly and I felt very comfortable with him. He has a relax but very professional attitude. I would highly recommend him.

Geoff was absolutely amazing! He was very thorough with us as new home buyers and even went into detail about how a few things can be fixed. He really took his time and let us follow him and ask as many questions as needed. Geoff comes with his own recommendations for a roofer, plumber and electrician. Sellers, you'll love him too; he cleaned up after himself when needed! HIGHLY recommend!

We had an excellent experience with Geoff. He took time to thoroughly go through the house top to bottom on his own then went through it with us and pointed out every big and little that would need immediate or eventual attention. He also provided solutions on how to fix some of the smaller issues. As first time home buyers, everything was very new to us but Geoff broke everything down for us. Very customer focused, overall an exceptional experience.
