I had an extended warranty claim on a tv I bought at Best Buy. I called this place up, dealt with Ted on a phone call, Kate on Email and they addressed the issue promptly. Communication was excellent.Highly recommend.

I haven't bought anything from them, yet. We had bought a TV from a big box retailer and it was defective, we followed the regular steps to process a warranty exchange which included going through Colborne's for the brand. Even though in the end we didn't have to complete the process with them Colborne's stayed on top of it and let calling us to check-in. Only for taking the time to check in with us will go there first the next time we're on the market for electronics. Thank you for your help!

Highly Recommended! Had a great experience!Not sure what happened to the other reviewer on this business but my experience was the EXACT opposite! We had a Panasonic microwave that wouldn't open. It was a very expensive micro-convection oven and only a few years old, new over $600! It's not replacable, so we were hopeful it could be repaired.The folks at Colborne's were great! I dropped it off, and they had it fixed for less than half of what i expected, and in half the time! It was just a broken spring on the latch, but they could have taken advantage of me and sold me a new door, panel, or just racked up the labor time....how would i know the difference?They were honest and helpful, inexpensive and fast. What more could I ask for?They gave me what i needed for my extended warranty company to repay me for the repair and we were on our way. It doesn't get much better than that, so I highly recommend this repair facility.Also i see they sell refurbished TV's and items, so keep that in mind as well, they had dozens of TV's in there when I went to pick up my microwave.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
