Rented a drill pit, I lost the middle part, which can be purchased easily. They charged me 265$ plus rental fee for something that's probably 50 bucks. I dont recommend them at all. Homedepot is the place to rent from.

I rented a floor sander and it seems they don't inspect their equipment for safety and functionality. The dust collector kept coming off causing dust blowing allover, the electric cord was loose exposing the inner wires and was dangling from the machine, I had to use zip ties to keep it attached. The bolts that tightens the sand paper into the drum are worn and very hard to screw in all the way causing the bolts to stick out scraping the floors, when I called the store they claimed not having any (they are inside Lowe's, common courtesy would be getting some) but the supervisor didn't care much.I must say the person I dealt with in the morning was nice and helpful.

I came in to rent some tools the other day. Jessie and Cori were very knowledgable and helped me with excatly what I needed. Great customer service. I recommend anyone to go here anytime they need to rent tools.

Reserved a jack hammer today to find out they rented it out to someone else instead. There are many other places to rent tools from. Don’t waste your time.

I had an amazing experience with Rena. I ran into couple problems and she had the Solution right away. She was quick and efficient!
