This location is completely incompetent of making a single ice capp properly this is the third time I have received an ice cap not blended properly and undrinkable. This location does not even deserve a one star I will not be returning after this experience. Photos below are from two different days both not blended properly)

Every time I come to this Tim Hortons, they are always friendly and fast. My food is always fresh and delicious. The bathrooms were clean. The staff have it together here! Keep it up!!!

Don't bother stopping by this Timmy's. Chances are they'll screw your order up somehow. We went to the drive through and got some drinks for the kids and an Oreo iced cap. Kids drinks were fine, but we got an iced lemonade instead of the iced cap. My girlfriend, not being one to complain, just let it go but I could see how disappointed she was. My neighbour was having company over soon so I asked if they would swing by for an Oreo iced cap when they came. They ordered the special Oreo one but got a regular iced cap. Twice in a day. Either the staff is incompetent, doesn't care, or just has huge problems with the English language. Save yourself the hassle and keep on driving to the next coffee joint.

Staff are not trained to be able to use common sense when billing correctly as well as taking and executing details of a meal vs individual orders.... very long wait, manager also very slow and did not know how to properly support issue at hand.... 49 minutes I tried to reconcile the issues but between the confused employee that had difficulties and a manager that did not correct anything we decided to refund all and go eat somewhere else.

I'll visit this Tim Hortons from time to time since I live close by. Inside is well maintained, cleanliness, and staffs are friendly. Normally I just get a coffee here and service is quick and prompt, depending on how busy it is and during what time of the day. Overall, it's a nice quick drive just up the street from me, not too far. Keep up the good work, guys.
