Very slow drive thru service. The coffee is bad and the price is as expensive as other places. It used to be good and way cheaper than it's competitors. Tim Hortons is just getting worst and worst.

Unprofessional staff , slow and doesn’t even greet you. 3,4 employees talking and laughing while we wait 20, 30 minutes to receive an order like they have nothing to do. It’s a shame how people became lazy and incompetent!

This place is always full of joy from the workers each of them always super joyful and nice food is always fast and at the rare chance it’s not the employees are very considerate and nice about it the eating area is just a little messy but that’s because people don’t know how to clean up after themselves but as soon as employees get the chance they clean up.

Today me and my family went on a walk to this Tim Hortons. It said on google maps that it was open, when we got there there was a note saying: Do to the lack of employees use the drive-thru, we went there and we realized that the store was completely closed. I really am ashamed of this Tim Hortons for wasting our time and others. Fix this issue as soon as possible!

A great place to have meetings that first initial meeting with a client, especially in the evenings. Employees are courteous, efficient and the dine in area is always clean!I find this Tim Hortons restaurant to always have a calm and quieter atmosphere. For this reason I would definetly recommend this location.

Horrible service, outside what you can imagine for a business that still hasnt gone bankrupt. Employees close the store while the drive thru is open with no sign or indication the store is closed. Another time we waited for a very long time at the drive-thru then when reaching the window no employee bothers to handle the window so I sit there with my order visible on the counter along with those of the next 2 cars behind me and no service, so all cars waiting as the lineup is getting longer are waiting for some employee to hand over the orders that are ready and getting cold to customers that have been waiting needlesly. It was so outlandish I should have taken pictures or filmed the whole thing with my phone with employees ignoring the window for minutes on end while orders were pilling up on the unattended counter.oh and getting the wrong order is more frequent than it should, like ordering creme of broccoli and getting chicken noodle, getting the wrong things in your coffee.

How can you place an order and have so many things go wrong coffee is bad at least the one I did receive since over half my order was missing, what little of it that did come was wrong the only item we revived that was somewhat up to par was a hash brown because no one actually had to do anything to it . So disappointed this location is convinrent as it is close to my house but they are forever closed missing items or have severely untrained staff

Wow, 3 ladies and 1 man employees, 3 car outside on drive through and 3 people inside. I was waiting for 25 mins to get big 12 portion french vanilla and 12 donates for my mechanics in the garage. Clients before me complained they were there waiting for coffee 50(!) mins. I just left,too long and line not even moved! :(((

This is our most-visited Timmies for my husband and I, and we have only had a few small mishaps happen here. By and large the team is helpful, efficient, and friendly. Food and drinks done well. Thanks for doing a good job, you guys. - Sincerely, probably one of the few people that still orders decaf
