They change the opening hour whenever they want without informing anyone and the hours aren't posted on site. You need to come somewhere during the day and maybe it'll be open. Or not. Who knows !

Terrible service by our postman.Parcels tracked as delivered, not in our box nor key for common box. Waited a week before filing a report, to have the postman bang on my door and angrily tell us they lose demerits when reports are filed.Unacceptable procedure.

The open at 9 a.m. on Fridays. I call at 11 a.m. to ask about my package. I can speak in french but I spoke in english. They refused to provide service and told me to call back at 2 p.m. and tried to hang up the phone on me.

First time I go to pick up a delivery item , I arrive at 445 . Closes at 5 . After waiting for 20 minutes , the girl at the counter refused to check if my article was there . She said to come back on Monday . Go back Monday , they closed 2 hours early . Finally back a third time and of course only one clerk and long waiting time . I give one star because we cannot give a Zero

Use Chit Chats instead of Canada Post if you are sending overseas. Out of a dozen packages I have sent to Europe in the past four months they literally lost half of them. Unacceptable.
