Twin Cities Pets

I have been using Twin Cities Pets since I moved to Minnesota. I am a graduate student and I have long days on campus so I have been using them for daily dog walking. I can not speak highly enough about them! Leah has been so great with my dogs. I recently rescued a dog and he is nervous around new people. She was so patient with him and I love the daily pictures/updates I get. They look so happy!

We have had a great experience with twin cities pets for over 6 years. We have our own dog and also foster dogs occasionally and they have always been flexible and accommodating, even on short notice. It gives us piece of mind to know that we have trustworthy and reliable care for our pets when we are unavailable.

I adopted a dog about a month ago, and I would be lost without Leah and Twin Cities Pets. She has made everything in this transition for me so much easier and her communication is beyond what I could’ve asked for. The costumer service, professionalism, and communication is absolutely top notch. I truly mean Leah has made me feel so much comfort and ease and made life so much easier for me!! I absolutely love and look forward to the updates I get after every visit and the pictures make me feel so much better knowing my dog is getting such amazing care. Thank you Leah!! I couldn’t say it enough. 100% recommend!! They will not disappoint.

Twin Cities Pets is fantastic for cat sitting! So reliable, always available when I need them. Even with a few last minute emergency needs! So flexible and great with my kitties. And it’s the little touches: I love getting pictures of my kitties when I’m away.

My wife and I have been using Twin Cities Pets since we've lived in the area (about 2.5 years ago). We have had multiple cats, and Marea and her team have been awesome with taking care of them. They would give us daily updates and photos of our cats when we were away. They were willing to come even on holidays. They have lots of experience handling pets. Would highly recommend them!

We have been using Twin Cities Pets as our cat-sitter for about 3 years and they are nothing but the BEST! They are reliable, easy to communicate with when we are out of town and have really reasonable rates. They send us pictures with each visit to give us peace of mind that our kitties are doing well and take such great care of them, even when they have needed meds or have special meal time routines/needs. Most importantly, they help the kitties with the human contact (and clean litter boxes!) so that when we come home, our kitties are relaxed and happy. I don't know what we would do with Alex and Marea! :-)

I can't believe I haven't reviewed Twin Cities Pets before! I've had Marea and her other employees come care for my cat while I travel for a few years now. They are so good to him, he loves the attention and care that they give and gives me piece of mind. Marea and her crew go above and beyond to make sure they can care for my cat and in the best way possible. I also love the pictures they send when they stop by, I can't recommend them enough for pet-sitting!

We have used Twin Cities Pets for several years on a weekly basis. We can always count on them to be professional, on-time and friendly with our dog. Our dog has always enjoyed their services and we get an immediate report with pictures on how the walk or visit went. I hired Twin Cities Pets for daily dog-walking while I was at work. The walkers were very professional and dependable, and communication was professional and thorough. I received daily updates on walk activity, food/water/bathroom use status, etc. I never had to worry about my dog's walk getting done. The only reason I stopped the service is because I'm moving, if I was still here I'd never give it up!
