The answering machine doesn't accept messages and they rarely pick up the phone. Too frustrating so I'm not returning. My actual appointment was okay, but felt very rushed.

Dr. Kelly is personally excellent. Prompt and exceptionally thorough. Not much small talk but you're there for a medical exam not a social visit. When she was with a group in Halifax there were many clerical issues" but since she's been out on her own in Sackville

The doctor's office failed to provide appointment even after 4 months of being referred by the family doctor. The family doctor sent fax twice to the doctor as an urgent biopsy was required to identify melanoma, but still no appointment has been given even after 4 months. The wait time seems ridiculously long and it appears that the doctor's office is not interested to provide any appointment.

One of the worst receptionist you could ever speak to so rude and made a mistake and tried to justify it. Booked me for a day that they are not working and I drove like an hour and called and called for almost an hour, her name is Mary, she's the worst

I had read some negative reviews before I met DR. Kelly so I was unsure how it would go. She was punctual, friendly and very knowledgeable. She diagnosed my issue right away after a year and a half of searching for answers. Her staff were friendly and personable as well. Nothing but a great experience.

Receptionist and Dr Heughen were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. I had to wait 2 months for an appointment but that is the fault on the healthcare system here, not this practice.I would highly recommend this practice.
